Elena was so helpful and the most important person running the hotel. She is a wine expert and gave us a highly detailed personal tour of the on-premise wine cellar and helped make our stay overall more comfortable. The location and atmosphere of the hotel was great, tranquil, and enjoyable. The entire staff was helpful and courteous. Overall, no compliants.
