Good location, close to the city center though you will need to walk, there are lots of restaurants nearby. The beach is within a walking distance. The hotel is located in a nice building, family-owned. Our room had a nice balcony with a Mountain View. It was clean, the towels were changed every day. The breakfast was good, enough for a breakfast. The staff was friendly and eager to help. We had an early check-in and there was no problem at all.

We liked the view, was spectacular from 43 floor! There is a plece suitable to visit in summer, now the weather was cold for this period of the year. The food is good, tasty and accesible. The travel is quite difficult from Romania, we have to search for alternatives if we want to return.

The port area is lovely where the attractions are. The rest will be finished in few years with not great looking huge glass buildings. Pity because it could be a lovely place, perhaps it was but it’s very rundown. However, the sculpture of Ali and Nino is worth the visit, it’s spectacular! People are lovely too. It’s compact so easy to see and taxis are cheap. There’s a good selection of restaurants and corner shops.

Batumi is not a city - it's an attraction.
Batumi is not a city - it's an attraction. Everything is made for tourists and for wow-effect. People, free from soviet architectural principles and with new found money let their imaginations run wild and it resulted in a sort of perverted Disneyland, with funky buildings, tons of services and overall feeling of a funfair. It is a great experience to be here, but only once, while wow-effect still works.
As for what's near Batumi - to the south are some exceptionally beautiful mountains, and to the north - great small towns for beach leisure. Also make sure to visit the Botanical Garden.

Batumi is a city for turkish tourists who come for casino tourism. Also it is a easy destination for east Turkey, so people can easy come without visa/even passport. I can see Batumi as a short stop on the way to discover beautiful Georgia. But this place can not be a single destination

The rooms are spacious, clean and modern as well.
The staff is friendly, ready to help if needed. We were allowed to check-in early in the morning for extra charge and were upgraded free of charge. Thanks Irakli for his help!

The hotel is very close to the beach. You have access to SPA (swimming pool, gym etc). All in all, it was a great experience!
First of all you should to choose what is Batumi for you. If its new building with stainless and glass and hi-view... Its not your place.
It's a real historical soul place in the heart of the city. On the small street wich cant containt even car. But 3 min to the all city sight by walk.
Family hotel with just 2 rooms on a fllor. Rly careful and attantive host. Excellent equipment. Linens, towels, hot water, shower stuff, cleaning every day. Like in 5 stars hotel.

Very clean and stylish room. Designed hotel very comfortable and convenient. Located in the near Batumi International Airport and to the Beach. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable with all necessary inventory. Very friendly and helpful staff. The name of the hotel justifies its content. We also tasted the most delicious Georgian natural wines in the hotel cellar!

Cosy Hotel located on the outskirts of Batumi, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and tidy it was. The level of cleanliness exceeded what you would typically find in hotels in Batumi.
Additionally, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
This hotel is particularly suitable for business travel for both foreigners and Georgians.
It's important to note that the hotel is not in the city centre, but I was aware of this when I booked.
Amazing boutique hotel in a fantastic location. We found it thanks to a Wander-Lush travel blog. Honestly it might be the best accommodation we had in Georgia: stylish, cosy, impeccable clean with quality finishes. Wish all the hotels took a note and learn hospitality from the Mariinsky. Next time we will try to manage longer vacation in Batumi just to hang out in the old town. Thank you to the staff and owners for such a lovely stay.
This is the ideal place in Batumi. The staff were lovely, the rooms so clean and spacious, the location perfect.
It was immediately clear that the management really cared about the guests - as everything worked, everything was of good quality. The bathroom was clean and new, the beds nice and comfy.
Breakfast was excellent, with all sorts of tasty Georgian treats.

It is a nice 4-star-hotel at the boulevard of Batumi, making everything in Batumi old town and near the beach really accessible by foot - everything is in walking distance. We liked that there was kettle in the room as we were travelling with an 11-months-old-baby-boy. He surely liked the room. The bed was really cosy as we slept there 12 hours in the row :D The receptionists were nice and welcoming.
The hotel is 10 minutes away from the beach and from the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We arrived on a rainy day in the evening and the boys from the reception offered to help us with everything and the plus is they know English. The breakfast was amazing. The lady prepared some traditional Georgian food. Everything was perfect.
Firdt thing first it’s not a 5 star hotel for sure. I would say 4 star if everything goes very well. The best thing about the property is Staff & Especially Marina. The hotel is still under construction and less than half of the hotel room is available. I’m not sure how the Hotel rating system works in Georgia but this’s no way a 5 star property!
A new building with a good design, a backyard with the pool, located in Makhinjauri (2-3 km from Batumi). Nice view from the room windows, there is only a railroad separating the place from the seaside. Quality facilities and pleasant lobby serving breakfast with dedication despite some days we were the single guests of the hotel
