Comfortable rooms, nice staff, convenient location for flying out of Gatwick... Gatwick express is great for travel between Gatwick and London. Signage to find hotel in the airport is very difficult and airport staff is unaware this hotel exists if you ask for help....keep looking, there is 1 tiny sign facing an opposite direction from where you may be standing
