Viihtyisä ja persoonallinen paikka kokonaisuudessaan. Huone oli kiva ja sänky hyvä nukkua. Kylppäri oli remontoitu ja erittäin siisti. Aamupala oli monipuolinen. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja hotellin sijainti hyvä.

Hotelli sijaitsee Newburyn ostoskadun toisessa päässä, kävelymatkan päässä liikkeistä ja ravintoloista. Yleiset tilat viihtyisät, jopa prameat, puutarhaterassi idyllinen.
