Very quaint traditional French hotel, lots of character. Although I was expecting the breakfast to be included, it was charged at Euro15 per person. Having said that it was a very good continental breakfast and you can eat as much as you like. The food was fresh.
The hotel does not provide dinner - but there are two very acceptable restaurants within 100m - we went to the Abbaye Cafe and the food was excellent
Just 1.1 mi from the A16 motorway and 1.6 mi from the center of Abbeville, this ibis is in the Somme department.

We arrived late just before the restaurant was closing. The staff stayed and prepared dinner for us. It was great because everything else in the area was closed as well.

The host was very kind and hospitable, and we had a chat in French about the village and what it was like living there. In addition, there was free parking on the property which made visiting the place by car pleasant to do. The breakfast was elaborate and very good as well. The host helped me check if the road was clear before leaving, as the cars drive very fast in the village, which made my depart a lot safer.
I would highly recommend a stay here.

Easy walk to our friends and their wedding reception. And lovely bike ride along the nearby Somme River, which was great for swimming. The current was easy for us and some area youth, but would not be for young children.
We liked the area as it was very quiet & rural
& the antiquity of the chateau . We were made very welcome by the owner & did their best to make our stay very pleasant . We would stay again if we were ever in the area again
