We arrived late due to some complications with the luggage in the airport but the receptionist was extremely helpful and kept contact with us to make sure we have everything we needed to check in. If you are going for authentic french experience, this is perfect. The room was not like the ones in the photos, but it was very cozy. We had dinner in the restaurant, great food, great quality and the chef even sliced meat for our dog when we asked for leftovers.
