Great location, convenient parking, friendly staff. Room was very clean, we stayed in the oceanfront room, it was on the smaller size so if you have a lot of luggage maybe opt in for a bigger room. Great breakfast with plenty of choices.

In reality this is a poor budget hotel, we’ve stayed at better b&b hotels for less. The rooms are small, smelly and downright smoky even though there’s a non-smoking policy!
One big headache is the Wi-Fi, you have to keep logging in every time you leave the hotel on return.
On arrival at the hotel it would be appreciated if a person could be physically present-stop cost cutting, it doesn’t work!!!!

The hotel was in a fantastic location and we are so pleased we chose to stay in a quieter area with quieter beach as Villa azur is right on the beachfront with amazing views! The dinner in the restaurant was lovely, same with breakfast. Rooms are fairly small but we knew we had booked this so we’re happy. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful!
We travelled into Monaco ans nice and would highly recommend the train from villenouve (5mins walk from hotel). Taxis are expensive but Uber was more reasonable.
We also got engaged here on the beach and it was quiet and perfect! We’re already planning to come back next year!

I have few complaints..
The door of bathroom was not working properly and couldn't be locked
There were insects and bacteria and bugs in bed. We could not sleep well in five nights
My wife has serious injuries and swelling due to those insect bite.
The person/ attendant at reception counter was helpless inspite of getting reported.
There is no facility to get food, you will have to cook it

There’s also a train station.
It’s fairly quiet there. We were only there for a night before we moved on to Antibes which is fabulous!

Bahia is one of my favorite hotels on Riviera, location is central, nice grounds, private pool and right on the beach. Our first-floor room with private courtyard was awesome and very private, air conditioner worked well, room is big enough, bathroom is great. Very good quality price.
In brief, nice place to stay at a good price, if you cross the street, there is a huge supermarket where you can find anything you need.
The hotel was great. The room was a bit small but it was recently renovated. New bathroom and bedroom. The hotel is right next to the beach and has easy acces to it through the garden. It is a pebble beach though, but big parts of it are public. The pool was great and pretty big. Across the street there is a big supermarket where you can get everything and it also provides parking. All in all great value for the cost
Everything was just alright. They welcomed us by a welcome note in the room, very clean and comfortable, all the facilities you need for a good stay were there.
What we didn't know (which has no impact of course) was that it's actually a senior residence place. So some of the rooms for senior residency and some for renting. That doesn't mean you are limited during your stay.
We stayed there because we had an early flight - the hotel is located really close to the airport - about 10min driving. It has a private parking - but we just parked on the street for free - the area is very nice. It's 5 min walking to the beach with bars and restaurants. Terrace was a great thing to have as well
The hotel was well priced for the area and the staff polite and helpful, but that's about all that we liked about it. We chose this because it was close to Nice airport with higher ratings than many of the other airport hotels (for a cheaper price), but were very disappointed.
A small room with just enough space to get around. You get the access code which you can use to enter the hotel and room even outside of the working hours, which was very convenient for us as we arrived late. Free parking outside. Very good location.

We had a great three nights here. The studio is comfortable and has a nice outdoor area. Laurène was very helpful, and available to answer any questions. The studio is a five minute drive from Villeneuve Loubet plage.
The hotel was near the beach. Walking distance and you can also walk to the mac donalds en lidl to buy water or food. The train station was also on walking distance. It wasnt a bad location.
Amazing hotel as close to the sea as possible. Friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean room, generous breakfast, easy and free parking, great location!
