Although it was comfortable, it did not match up to the other mercure hotels standards that I have stayed in before. Maybe because we booked an apartment and not individual rooms. Anyway, it wasn't bad at all. No complaints. The staff was very nice and cooperative, the pool was perfect, and the location was great. Great facilities in the room. The room made economical use of space. Everything was clean. The bed and linens were comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The breakfast employeed a genius little "greening" solution of using small edible/compostable little cups for jam/butter/nutella.
Lots of parking and a good working elevator were also great.

easy access off the road on the way to Lyon. From outside it can look rough. But inside is quite new and clean. Once the window is shut, the street noise goes away.

The mattress was good and the bathroom clean.
But the room was very disappointing.
- Loooong distance from so called “reception desk”. I felt like an outcast.
- I didn’t feel safe since they warn of thieves in the parking lot.
- The lamp at the bedside didn’t work
- Swimmingpool not useable because taken for group trainings , in the evening and in the morning
But after people do underwater spinning I wouldn’t want to swim in their sweat anyway
- Wall, curtain and windows extremely dirty
- Empty kitchen cupboards, not even a spoon instead a wooden stick!

Rooms are tiny but clean and the beds were comfy.
Definitely a very good price/quality rating. We only stayed 1 nightbon our way to a ski resort and it’s conveniently close to the peage.
Hotel personel proactively contacted us to explain the late checkin actions and was very friendly.
It was like a furnished apartment. The toilet seat was not properly installed, making it very unpleasant to use the bathroom. Otherwise, it was comparable to a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star.
