We visited Annecy during the "Retour des Alpages," and our stay at this lovely hotel was perfect! The location was wonderful - tucked away near a quiet scenic canal, yet just steps away from the main historic area, shops and restaurants. The staff were so kind and helpful, and the rooms, while small, were efficiently designed and spotless!

The location was amazing and our views from our 2nd floor room were breathtaking. The rooms are small and simple, but had everything we needed and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helped us navigate parking (to get to the hotel parking spots you have to call through at the chateau road block) and some train reservations. While the hill to the hotel is steep, the views and charm from the hotel's spot at the top is well worth the effort. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't require accessibility accommodations.

The hotel is about 3 mins to the train/bus station. And very easy to walk to all the attractions in town. The interior is very modern and new, the room is also quite clean. The floor was quiet, so we had good rest. The stuff also very responsive, actioned quick to all my inquiries.
