Though we were in a very quiet village with no shops or cafe or restaurant, we were able to access the larger town Auxonne about 15 minutes away by car. There were several supermarkets that met our needs in Auxonne. We enjoyed the quiet of the village and the comfort of the gite. Internet access was good and reliable.
