It is so easy to get around.
It is so easy to get around. As expected, it feels more like a "real life city" than the craziness of Paris. More French people than tourists from 'all over'. It was busy in the shopping areas and restaurants, but it did not feel over-crowded.

Toulouse is a large and very vibrant city, with plenty of art, architecture, history, and music. We go for the opera, and I have not taken an opportunity to explore beyond the Place du Capitole. Driving can be difficult because of one-way streets at crazy angles, and the GPS is never up to date as roads are closed and directions are changed.

When going out from the hotel I had the feeling I was already in someone else’s way like a pedestrian or even a car. At the same time , I was next to a restaurant table and trash containers. Beware of dog poo everywhere.
Overall I found this city to be quite dirty and not taken care of properly.
The things I liked were the historical places like the convent, the churches and the capitole. It is also nice to see small businesses supporting local artists and artisans.

Great selection of places to eat and drink and the city citizens were friendly and welcoming.
Was great to see how many people used non fossil fuel forms of transportation and the public transport was super efficient and inexpensive
The location and the fact that I could check in at about 1 pm instead of 3 pm as it was 42 degrees outside and I had arrived from Moissac after a very tiring pilgrimage on the Via Podiensis in the heat. The room was good value for France with everything I needed including aircon and a good bathroom. It was quiet too. The stop for the airport bus was just around the corner from the hotel and a small supermarket across the street.

The location of this hotel, next to the toulouse train station, is excellent. Toulouse is highly walkable and the hotel is in the center of town so you can walk to the place capitole, down to the river garonne or just about anywhere. The train station is a five minute walk. This hotel is great for families - we were four in a one bedroom and requested a supplemental bed. The lounge area had lots of fun games for the kids and a foosball table they were obsessed with.

First, this hotel is directly across the street from the train station. That was HUGELY important for me. I don't spend much time in my hotel room during my travels, so this place was fine. France isn't cheap, and I don't like to spend tons of money on a room that I just use to shower and sleep. But was a bit more basic than what I was expecting. Easy walk to the historic downtown. Good A/C!

Breakfast was nice, well stocked and the lovely ladies hosting breakfast were very polite and helpful. Location was perfect, right off the square and we could easily walk everywhere. Reception staff were nice and helpful. They retained our bags after checkout until we were ready to depart Toulouse and they called us a taxi when we picked up our bags. Would recommend and definitely would return to this hotel.
The hotel is in a perfect location to enjoy the city. The bus from the airport stops just opposite the hotel and you’re only a ten minute walk from the main train station. Our hotel room was fairly small but adequate for our needs….good nights sleep and a shower.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel, it’s a perfect base from which to explore Toulouse and Carcassonne.
Layout of the room/apartment excellent. Little terrace too. Friendly helpful staff. Security behind gated area for entrance. Parking inside there offered (did not use). This is the train station area. So it’s about 15 mins walk into the center and the pedestrian part of Toulouse. Came in on a train and left next day for airport. Would stay here again!

This is a good hotel in Toulouse. The staff is super friendly and helpful. the hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, so to visit the city center a car or taxi needs to be used. Near the hotel it is the local airport. The area next to the hotel is not abandoned, there is a big shopping center nearby..
Very nice and quiet location right by a park close to the Canal du Midi. Walking distance from downtown. Perfect location for a visit to Toulouse. The Toulouse airport shuttle stops close to the hotel. This is preferable to the Metro - Trolley connection.
The hotel and room are clean and the location is perfect as it is in the center of Toulouse. The breakfast was nice although one would have expected a bit better from this brand and for a 4* hotel. The parking agreement work quite nicely as well.
