The host stayed in contact with us and replied back fast if i had a question. We loved that it was right across the street from a huge mall/food court. Right around or through the mall (10-15 min walk) is the train station where the next stop is Disneyland Paris!

The location was amazing, only a 3 minute walk from the bus stop which had a free shuttle to and from Disneyland Paris. Also right next to Val d’ Europe which had plenty of food and shopping options as well as the train to easily get to the city of Paris.

In addition to visiting Disneyland and Paris we had time to visit local restaurants and shops. Our favourite restaurant was Nonna et Nonno in the beautiful plaza just outside the shopping centre because the grandchildren could have pasta and pizza which they never seem to get tired of. Everyone in our party of nine enjoyed their food and drinks.
We spent a morning at Val d'Europe - great if you're a shopaholic which I am not so when the sun came out we knew we had to sample some delicious flavoured ice creams which pleased the grandchildren and us grandparents.
The younger members of the family. having their own fitness regimes, were delighted to find a gym just four minutes away where they experienced friendly people and great facilities. It was reasonably priced too.

Location to Disney is the big sell here. Close enough to the action, able to stay right to the end knowing there is shuttle bus that will take you right back! Also managed to trip into Paris, train takes roughly 35mins with the station about 10min from the apartment.

Clean , spacious apartment located at a convenient location. Instructions given on how to find and access the apartment were clear and easy to follow. Felt very homey as everything needed were there. A 5 star accommodation. Information booklet provided was very useful and reliable to our stay, especially for places to eat. Would recommend.

Excellent location with a free bus to Disneyland Paris within a 2 minute walk from the hotel.
Staff very friendly and once checked out the room you can leave luggage at the hotel so you can enjoy your last day without worrying about taking luggage with you.
Great shopping and restaurants close by.
Hotel does need a face lift in some communal areas.

Serris is very well located : very close to Disney and to the center of Paris. The buildings all have the same style of architecture and the streets are very clean. It’s a pleasure to do shopping and going out in Serris.

Serris is a lovely clean area which is in a fantastic location right next to the Val d''Europe shopping centre and walking distance to the Disneyland Parks. It was very pretty at Christmas with all the lights :)
A very nice small apartment. Perfect for a few days trip to Disneyland, it`s only 15 mins walk. Central Paris is also very easy to get to with RER (train station is only 10 min walk). The apartment is not a luxury hotel but very well equipped, we had everything what we needed, very good value for this price. We paid in advance and than got all the information needed to self-check-in (keys were in a lock box). We would definately recommend this apartment.
8 min Drive from Disney. perfect to arrive to a clean spotless place after a tough day. a mega central shopping center right infront if u r interested in shopping . we had a car to reach Paris but imagine is connected by train but definitely no comparison of prices vs quality when compared to hotels in central Paris . payment parking with reasonable price is also available on site plus the option to park in the street ( up to 2 hours free)
Great location for visiting Disneyland (you can also walk to it!) and to relax, supermarket, beautiful park with playground and vallee village in walking distance, also great to visit Paris. Serris is a wonderful clean and safe little village. We stayed 6 nights and would return for sure. Pull out bed / Sofa in living room is very comfortable for adults to sleep on, don’t worry. Total number of beds in kids room (frozen theme) is 3.
The location was perfect. It took 16 minutes to walk to Disneyland and about 20 mins to walk to the train station to go into Paris. We were 5 mins from a huge mall that had many sit-down restaurants and quick service restaurants. We were also in walking distance to the designer outlet mall. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was clean. The hotel it's self does need some renovations/updates, but nothing that was major.
It was a good apartment and really close to Disneyland Paris. Only 20 minutes walking and even if you want there was a bus going every 15/20 minutes. A mall nearby and lovely restaurants. The host is really nice and sweet! She got a balloon and a lolly for the little one.
We would go here again when we are back!
Apartment was clean and comfortable and perfect location for Disneyland Paris. We were a short walk to bus stop then 3 stops on bus to Disneyland. Communication was on point from host. Excellent accommodation and would recommend.
