Very clean and cozy apartment. Everything is clean and neat. Large shopping mall is 3 minutes walk, so shopping, breakfast and dinner is very easy. Disney Land is 20 minutes walking distance which is very nice in the morning. Underground parking is very secure ans spacious which is a big bonus.

The host stayed in contact with us and replied back fast if i had a question. We loved that it was right across the street from a huge mall/food court. Right around or through the mall (10-15 min walk) is the train station where the next stop is Disneyland Paris!

In addition to visiting Disneyland and Paris we had time to visit local restaurants and shops. Our favourite restaurant was Nonna et Nonno in the beautiful plaza just outside the shopping centre because the grandchildren could have pasta and pizza which they never seem to get tired of. Everyone in our party of nine enjoyed their food and drinks.
We spent a morning at Val d'Europe - great if you're a shopaholic which I am not so when the sun came out we knew we had to sample some delicious flavoured ice creams which pleased the grandchildren and us grandparents.
The younger members of the family. having their own fitness regimes, were delighted to find a gym just four minutes away where they experienced friendly people and great facilities. It was reasonably priced too.

Location to Disney is the big sell here. Close enough to the action, able to stay right to the end knowing there is shuttle bus that will take you right back! Also managed to trip into Paris, train takes roughly 35mins with the station about 10min from the apartment.

Clean , spacious apartment located at a convenient location. Instructions given on how to find and access the apartment were clear and easy to follow. Felt very homey as everything needed were there. A 5 star accommodation. Information booklet provided was very useful and reliable to our stay, especially for places to eat. Would recommend.

Excellent location with a free bus to Disneyland Paris within a 2 minute walk from the hotel.
Staff very friendly and once checked out the room you can leave luggage at the hotel so you can enjoy your last day without worrying about taking luggage with you.
Great shopping and restaurants close by.
Hotel does need a face lift in some communal areas.

Serris is a lovely clean area which is in a fantastic location right next to the Val d''Europe shopping centre and walking distance to the Disneyland Parks. It was very pretty at Christmas with all the lights :)
Transportation to the residence is convenient; it is close to a bus stop with connections to everything. The residence is close to a mall, restaurants, and a morning market. There is a free shuttle bus service to Disneyland Paris. You can also use this free shuttle to go to the train station. The inside of the house is really clean, and the neighborhood is very beautiful. The facilities provided in the house are adequate. The bedroom and sofa beds are big and comfortable. The cooking appliances are fully working and sufficient.
The check-in was quick and smooth; room was clean, fully equipped kitchen in the room and neat bathroom.
On a 20 min walk to disneyland paris, the hotel also offered a free shuttlebus to disney. also close to a huge shopping mall with all kinds of different shops, including a foodcourt with a lot of different restaurants
hotel also offers a small variaty of goods (mainly snacks and few drinks), also has a vending machine for different necesseritys (like nailclippers, thoothbrushes etc)
Absolutely brilliant location ideal for Disneyland paris, right beside Val de Europe shopping centre. For reasonable priced restaurants, also McDonald's subway etc. The apartment was beautifu,l we where a family of 6. Romain was exceptional with his directions for the apartment and the key.
Highly Highly recommend, clean, towels, very very well equipped. We were able to use the swimming pool aswell which was an added bonus!

We wanted to visit Paris centre and Disneyland - the hotel is opposite a station which has a direct train into Paris and a free shuttle to Disney, perfect. It is also opposite an enormous shopping centre with restaurants, an Auchan hypermarket and loads of great brands. I believe there is a designer outlet village in the same location but we didn't have time to find it.
Breakfasts were great and all the staff were very helpful indeed.

The staff in both the reception and restaurant was warm, polite and more than helpful.
Although the restaurant menu has limited choices, we choose to eat here each evening during our 5 nights stay. The food was quite good and we found the place to be cosy and with a pleasant ambience.
The property had plenty of room for 4 adults, allowing individuals to have their own space. The kitchen was well appointed with appliances and kitchenware. The beds were comfortable and we stayed warm through the winter nights. The accommodation had two bathrooms along with a washer and dryer. Location was walkable for both Disneyland Paris and Val d’Europe.

It was a good apartment and really close to Disneyland Paris. Only 20 minutes walking and even if you want there was a bus going every 15/20 minutes. A mall nearby and lovely restaurants. The host is really nice and sweet! She got a balloon and a lolly for the little one.

Very nice hotel, well located from Disneyland. Just ten mins on the bus to Val d,Europe (for the RER to Paris) and 15 mins to Disneyland. Busses run till late so you can stay and watch fireworks and still get back.
