The place is called "Hotel" but it is more like being in a bed and breakfast or home of the local bourgeoisie with whimsical, trendy, 21st century modern touches. Cozy, relaxed, super convenient to experience the lovely city of Vichy. The host graciously provided me, upon request, with a list of typical local restaurants. The room is a haven of cleanliness and quiet. There is artwork throughout the house as well as a flower garden where guests can enjoy breakfast.
