I regularly use Ibis Hotels when travelling through Europe by car or motorcycle. This is the first time staying at Mulhouse Ile Napoleon. The rooms were as expected, particularly the bed, which I find more comfortable than most. Bathrooms very clean with excellent shower. We had problems with our car and unexpectedly needed to arrange an extended stay whilst it was repaired. The reception staff could not have been more helpful sorting this out for us.
We picked this hotel for its location near to the motorway as a pit stop between the U.K. and Italy. When we arrived the greeting was warm and friendly even though we didn’t speak the same language we managed very well. The room was very large with a small sofa and chair and a large dining table and chairs, the kitchen was small but had everything you could want for a short stay.
This hotel isn’t luxury but it’s worth every penny.
The staff were excellent, nothing too much trouble. The beds very comfortable that envelop you for a quiet nights sleep. But most of all the cleanliness . Lots of lovely towels in the spotless bathroom. I would throughly recommend this hotel. It’s not ultra modern with high tec gadgets and impersonal service. But it welcoming in a faded way with all the comforts you could want. Headed by caring staff.
A standard and comfortable Ibis hotel. Easy to find and perfect for an overnight during a long journey especially for avoiding to stop in the very expensive Switzerland. Room clean, COVID-19 procedures perfectly respected, parking space very large and personnel very kind. Breakfast with a lot of choices. A good balance for services provided and room price.
Very good organization exists in the hotel. Although I arrived later than the announced time, I very easily managed to get the key to the room through a device next to the front door. It was very comfortable means!

Gated secure car park for hotel guests only. Room clean, good size, comfy bed & tv 55inches. Didn’t try breakfast as it was optional. Check in was at a big table instead of a reception desk. They had a pool and badminton racquets, it looked fun for kids. Reasonable price for overnight stay £65.
Great hotel for an overnight stopover - convenient highway access, inexpensive, simple, clean and comfy. The man who runs the place was very friendly and welcoming. Nice breakfast served at the room at exactly the time I asked. Overall a very positive impression and great value for money.
Nice breakfast. Decent sized pool. Other games like petanque, badminton, table tennise, foosball etc are also there. Lots of restaurants around 5 min drive from the hotel.
