Although it is just two minutes away from Sarzeau by car, the place is surrounded by nature so it seems like staying in the middle of beautiful France's coastal countryside. Pascal and Marie-Christine are a charming couple that were very attentive to solve all my needs. The optional breakfast is fresh and delicious, with many local delicacies. I even got a crêpe, perfectly cooked by Pascal, served with confiture de lait made by Marie-Christine.
We had a fantastic stay at Camping St Jacques! We have stayed at many in the area and expected it to be very similar to these. It wasn't 'no frills' like many of the others though, they had thought about the details; providing linen & towels, soap and various kitchen items that many often charge extra for. The beds were really comfortable and you could also hear the sound of the sea from our cabin, it was lovely. We will definitely be back!
Breakfast was easy but excellent with wide choice and excellent local products and very nice lady in charge.

I want to insist on one point : kindness of all personnal (reception , lady for breakfast, waiter) . People were just nice and smiling and helpfull ( to search for a restaurant)
Welcoming and friendly staff. Young lady on reception spoke very good English and offered to help with translation with the menu. Lovely location by the sea with access to beach and walking trails. Food was really good in the restaurant. Can't fault the place.
A nice hotel by the sea. The comfortable rooms offer good sea views. Particularly outstanding is the restaurant, where its chef offers exceptionally good food. Hotel and especially the restaurant are clearly recommended.
Everything was available in the house. Beach was so close to walk as we loved swimming every day. St Jacques close by for restaurants, great supermarket and boulangerie. Loved the Monday Market and bought seafood.
