Salins les Bains is a historic town with a very interesting history of salt extraction from ground water. It is overlooked by two forts and boasts a church of some antiquity. There is also an excellent spa where one can unwind after a day of exploring the surrounding countryside and nearby tourist attractions.

The studio was on the second floor in a former hotel. Very nice, well-ventillated, well-lit and comfortable. The view of the mountain above rooftops was nice. Corina was very helpful responding immediately when asked.
We were an easy walk from the shops, bakery, wine shop etc
We enjoyed staying here and would not hesitate coming again.
Location in centre of town - very nice but a little noisy if you sleep with the window open.
Breakfast was good.
We have an electric car and the hotel has a recharging facility. Great bonus.
A nice old hotel with charm but it looks like they spent a lot of money on refurbishing but forgot some basic functionality. But nice overall. The restaurant was good for dinner.
Very spacious for the price I paid (for the same money you can only get a small room in a hotel). Located near the main street it was very easy to find.
