New mall nearby, still building in progress but monoprix is already open and you can easily get basics within few mins walk from property. We got into train station late so were glad the hotel was a quick 3 minute walk away. Good location close to Tram 1, too. Room was quiet on the top floor (4th). A little balcony off the room gave rooftop view. There's an elevator. Nice shower and spacious bathroom. Good WIFI.

The location was perfect. Close to transportation, the Promenade, and the old city. The room was beautiful and comfortable with a very nice view of the park and a little bit of the beach. It was also mostly quiet and very well climate controlled for the season. Breakfast was very good.
