The nice quite room with window. The staff was very helpful and help us well to settle the room at late night check-in as well. They also provide us taxi arrangement for the early morning to the airport. Over all the stay was great.

I liked that it was very closed to Basel, Strasbourg, Colmar...
I liked that it was very closed to Basel, Strasbourg, Colmar,, Bern and Freiburg, wich me and my family had visited with a hired car.
I did not liked the noise in the nights, form the airplanes (the airport is also near), but I still have slept ok.

I'm not a lover of big cities in any case. This place may be strategically located for the airport, but the area seems very impersonal - all high-rise apartment blocks with no character. I would avoid this area in the future, however. In fact, the door to the flat we rented had been visibly forced so I imagine that the crime rate is quite high in the area.

Saint-Louis itself does not have much to offer but the city is only a short distance by bus and tram to nearby Basel (a more expensive place to stay). It is also much closer than Mulhouse to the Basel-Mulhouse airport.

Great bakers & good range of takeaway restaurants 5 mins walk.. Aoartment block really quiet, but area nearby busy as any city with some infrequent train and airport noise.- but only during the day. Access to city centre very easy for both car and public transport. Would make it clearer this stay is (just) in France and not Switzerland for those who may have to declare goods or have travel visas etc
Great location tram is just few steps if you want to go to Basel.and Saint louis train station. Bus no 1 is also very accessible if you want to go shopping in Germany at Rhein center..Supermarket is just in front of the apartment and kebab restaurant just beside. .Their kitchen has all you need if you wanted to cook..We really enjoyed our stay Betty was so friendly though we only talk by phone.Thank you again. We will come back soon.
the place is very convenient, we arrived at saint louis station ( gare est train) then took a bus 604 just in front the train station and stop at the Frontier Station just in front of the hotel . You can just walk to Basel or took a 604 bus or the other option is by Tram 11 to Basel. if you walk to Basel Sbb it would take about 30 minutes . the facilities are complete and i love the smell of this hotel 🥰 very nice
The apartment was clean and modern. The unit had a wrap around balcony and lots of windows to bring in light. You can park indoors or outdoors.
The location was good for taking the tram to Basel. The stop in both directions was within the same block. There was a huge supermarket within a 3 minute walk. The airport was 2.7 Km from the property. It was very easy to get to from the apartment.
Close to the airport which is very handy. Also huge plus - they offer free shuttle to the airport.
Location was decent, close to buses for Basel and trains to other parts of France. Room was clean, warm, bathroom nice enough.
It has everything you need for a hotel that is essentially airport hotel. Checkin times are great, basically you can check in any time you like.

The apartment is very comfortable and clean. A sufficient number of towels and coffee, tea and mineral water in the kitchen. There is a bus stop 10 meters from the apartment and bus 604 goes directly to the center of Basel. Access to the airport is also easy, you only need to walk 800 meters to the train station in Saint Louis and then take the direct bus 11 to the airport.
We really liked the lady at the front desk. She was kind and very helpful. She lived on the property and I would go back just to see her.
The room was immaculate and had air conditioning. With the window closed, there was no street noise. It also had an elevator. The hotel is very old and shows its age, but we were comfortable.
The apartment was clean, spacious and modern. Equipped with everything you would need. It has great location, very close to trams stop to go to the center of Basel and it's a walking distance to Saint Louis center and supermarket. We had a wonderful stay. Great owner, great price. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!
We loved everything! Wonderful historic property that is modernized but not "modern". Conveniently located to Basel airport with additional charm of being within steps of 3 different countries. Great breakfast, delicious restaurant, and friendly helpful staff. Wish we had had time to try the spa.
The hotel have super location for travel he is close to airport, bus and train station. Have several little stores and great bakery near the hotel. Very friendly and staff is friendly to explain to you everything you need. Great deals for that money.
