Such a lovely place. At the top of Roquefort les Pin with the forest behind you. The property has lemon trees, orange trees (which Catherine makes jam from for your breakfast). The view is beautiful, it is nice and private, and the pool was delightful. The location is great! It is close enough to the tourist sites and yet far away enough to avoid the crowds of the Côte d’Azur.

Great location, convenient parking, friendly staff. Room was very clean, we stayed in the oceanfront room, it was on the smaller size so if you have a lot of luggage maybe opt in for a bigger room. Great breakfast with plenty of choices.

Everything about the property is like able, the food, the service, the facilities.
We loved everything about Villa La Carpenée. The location was perfect - 10 minutes to Valbonne, Biot, Mougins and all the places we wanted to go. It’s incredibly peaceful but only minutes from an intermarche, patisserie and fruit and vegetable shop. The villa has been tastefully decorated with just the right elements to make it feel more than a hotel room and it is brilliantly equipped with everything you need for a self catered stay.
The grounds and the pool area are also perfect. Lili and Laurent (and Arthur) were the perfect hosts.
