The enchanting atmosphere of the Middle Ages, complete with a welcome colder than a castle's dungeon. The thrilling adventure of dodging two massive guard dogs (that hate other dogs) each time we dared to leave our room. The unique dining rules that transported us back to a time when enjoying your own provisions was strictly forbidden and punished with a 20 EUR corkage fee.
