Beautiful River and Park nearby, worth a walk for some exposure to nature. Also some lovely riverside restaurants and cafes to visit. Franprix nearest supermarket, had all we needed nearby. 8 minute walk to the metro. We felt rather safe.

Pantin does have much to write about it, but is reasonably quiet, easy to get from CDG Airport with a rental car and with good Metro connections. A good place to base yourself for a short stay in Paris.

The accommodation was not as advertised it was quite a down grades Verizon not as modern and not as well put together , shower head broke, sealant needs re newing, wall paper peeling, leak from above made hallway a paddling pool out side door ( literally).

One closet door did not work.
One closet door did not work. Shut off valve for toilet leaks. Kitchen sink faucet not securely attached, and the water sprays everywhere. No dishcloth to wash dishes. Floor could have been cleaner. TV received one channel only - everything else pixelated or nothing. Reruns of Hawaii 5-0, NCIS and Bones overdubbed in French.
In person staff were nice and friendly. Online efforts to change booking were totally unsuccessful as were all attempts to contact hotel. Or may be they received the information and chose not to respond?
Unforgiving change policy.
Grocery, bakery, and restaurants near by were all good.

I forgot to say in my main review the facilities for charging electric cars and for car parking are excellent and the charge (at least with a Tesla) was unexpectedly quick for a destination charger in a hotel (about 70km/hr) and there were a few charge spots. The more expensive hotels need to take note and getting their acts together in this department, so often sadly lacking!

The property is located in a quite residential area. Lots of restaurants at walking distance. Property was nice an clean. Toiletries and towels were supplied and beds were made in advance. It was a hot week during our visit and air conditioning was great for the comfort. In all easy accessible location.
The location is great coz it's 4-5 minutes walking from a metro station, and there's a supermarket on your way to the house from that station. The breakfast is basic but pretty good since it's the same breakfast the hosts make for themselves. The hosts are very cool people. You get the sense they are open and welcoming even though (like most of Paris) not speaking French presents a bit of a language barrier. We ended up both speaking to each other's Google Translate and it worked out fine :))
Bright, clean lovely apartment with gorgeous view…can even see the Eiffel Tower in the distance from the balcony. An easy 5 min walk to the metro. It is located on the 9th/top floor of a new modern apartment building right on the canal, with lovely restaurants, pubs along the shore. There are a multitude of grocery and boulangeries near by. It’s an easy 20min metro ride into Paris. However, I loved the Pantin neighbourhood, especially along the canal.
Very conveniently close to the subway line that take you to central Paris in a few minutes.
Shared apartment with the owners, they were out most of the time so it didn’t felt promiscuous at all during my stay. I could enjoy common areas on my own most of the time and when the owners were back at the place we had nice conversations, they helped me out with itineraries or suggestions. We even shared dinner the one night I didn’t go out ! Great hosts !
I will recommend it to all my friends for they future travel to paris. It was nice clean. Near the metro station. Within 15-20min you are at your favorite destination. The metro travel costs 1.60€ really cheap and drives you from the beginning to the end. Just follow the signs. The employers were really kind and helpful and always available. The room had all the facilities you need, very clean and comfortable. I loved the stay.
It is a good hotel for the price. You have the line 5 metro right away, which in few stops leads to the major switch stations: Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est. The furniture are good enough, the room was silent. Receptionists were gentle and booked the taxi for the airport for us. On the corner near the metro you'll find an exceptional coffee place "Au Général Hoche" and bakery "Le Fournil de Paris Pantin"
The location was excellent.
We were able to play in the neighbourhood and the metro station to Paris city centre is just a short walk away, making it an ideal location for sightseeing.
There were minimal kitchen facilities and we were able to cook for ourselves.
It's the perfect place to stay for a carefree trip to Paris.
I would use it again next time.
The location is excellent to go/return to the hotel, just 50 mts from the metro station (bus and train). Just 15-30 min to the main attractions in Paris. It has laundry, great staff, great studio room! SuperMarkets and many places to eat are in an 200 mts area. Very Easy to move to main stations (Gare do East & Gare du North)

Today morning before I made my check out I was looking from the window and I sow dump in the hotel walls surface outside and I was asking my self why people on charge didn’t think to paint the hotel from outside ?..
What you see is,what you get, budget. Great staff I have to say, super warm welcome for check in. Parking was cheap and underground which is great for Paris. Everything is basic, room, breakfast but good. Has a bit of a worn feeling but for that money in Paris close enough to the center you can't complain.
The building was very very secure and I felt no anxiety about leaving my valuables in my room. My room was very quiet and spotlessly clean. The location was close to buses, Métro and the regional express train network, so it was easy to get into central Paris. There were shops and supermarkets nearby.
A lovely comfy apartment, very practical, felt safe, and we really liked Pantin! Great to be near the river, in a quieter area, and not too far from the metro.
Great value for money, and we had everything we needed for an economical stay in Paris.
Excellent location. You may walk along the canal till the centre of the Paris. You can rent bicycle anywhere. Best pastessery at your door ( 3-4 of them) Very good restaurant infront of our windows

The room was clean, comfortable and honestly quite big, which is rare for staying around Paris, especially for that price. Bathroom was also really spacious and with a bathtub too, which was nice. The kitchen also came really handy!

Beds are comfortable, easy in and out, breakfast time should be extended, its only 1 hour. But location is good just a block from metro eglise de pantin. I found it comfortable and no frills
The hotel has a nice cozy lobby and a basic but good quality breakfast. The garden must be nice too during the summer. Staff was helpful and accommodating.
