The hotel is nice and has a large parking lot. The location is ok and you can even walk to the center in about 20-30 min if you want to. The rooms where clean (and big enough for 2 people), the staff friendly and breakfast was nice and fresh (even though not a huge selection). For a hotel of this size I was not expecting that the staff at the reception does not speak a single word in English; however, I somehow I can't/ don't want to make this a negative point, just something to keep in mind :-)

Not a lot happening in the town at all but it is a great location for going out to other places. I would travel back to Meurchin only to stay at Le Nador - which I will. We ate in Le Pain de la Bouche in Lens which I can highly recommend.
The theme of the hotel is a good idea and that's what attracted us. Unfortunately the hosts could not be present but the neighbour was very helpful with everything needed. Patio area is a good size. The bathroom/shower is great as is the size of the room given as an upgrade. Location and car parking was very good for us.
