Lovely house with a good size bedroom and all the facilities you would expect.
We chose this property because we planned to cycle along the banks of the Moselle into Metz. The cycle ride was better than I imagined. At times we were serenaded by Nightingales.
Metz of course is worth a visit.
The breakfast largely comprised home made food and local produce and was excellent.

No sitting on the terrace under the stars this time as it was raining!! But our one night stay was excellent and breakfast was fabulous. All homemade and delicious. 🤗
We drove North through Liege the next day but so thankful that we were ahead of those awful floods. We hope La Maxe wasn't hit by them 🤞
