Dirty room, air conditioning not working, no ventilation, stuffy, we went with a child, a 2 year old and a 12 year old, who could not sleep due to the heat and when we finally slept, land a cockroach in my ear. Too disgusting! My husband went to sleep in the car due to the heat! We stayed in room 115! My Husband's sister in law in room 114 had the same problem as us. We will never return and we do not refer anyone.
Hotel chosen because of the proximity of a company to which I had to go. A large reception and the room on the ground floor with a view of the parking lot where the car could be seen at all times.
The room has a large TV with screen.
The modern toilet and shower with plenty of hot water.
The buffet that is paid for right there at the reception has a variety of food.
and especially a cheese board from the region of France with jam and lots of fruits.
It is 15 minutes by car to the center of Bordeaux.

I believe if the hotel is still active because of it dedicated staff so I hope the manager will give them a good bonus(At the end of the year)!
The staff were quite welcoming, charming, and supportive. The breakfast was quite impressive, I liked it. The hotel is well located and easily accessible from the tram station, and the main road where you can access the bus.
Nice hotel, very helpful staff, comfortable parking, comfortable bed. The rooms are not big, but we traveled every day and came to the room only for sleeping. We stayed 3 nights in April 2023.
