We booked this accommodation for one night. Then approx one week later, we got an email from the hotel saying, hotel is closed, sorry cannot honour the booking.
I asked for an explanation and got none.
I asked them to cancel my booking they didn't.
Then the day before booking was due to be used, I get an email asking how is my stay?
Very suspicious and quite bewildering experience.
I think communication is very important and being honest with people. I don't feel this accommodation provided that.
Suffice to say, we won't plan on booking this place in the future.
