A very spacious and modern apartment and well equipped. Charming and friendly hosts. Great location - a 10 minute walk from the Abbey with views over the Loire and 3 minutes from a wonderful bakery. Excellent for cyclists and I suppose for motorists as well. One of the nicest places that I have stayed in Europe! The photo of the river is from the Abbey.

Just about everything. Dinner at l’Orangerie was a seminal life experience. The chef was brilliant, the chef’s wife/Maitre ‘D was informative, funny and just an absolute delight. I had the best Cod fish of my life. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The building and landscaping were stunning.
