The name of the hotel literally means “In the Vines” which is accurate as it has beautiful champagne grape vines on two sides. The village of Chamery where the hotel is located is a twenty-minute drive from the large city of Reims, so it is very quiet. The village is very lovely, but has no shopping, restaurants or conveniences. The owner and hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Clean, very well planned hotel. Seems rather new and has very fresh furnishings and designs. Great breakfast buffet... I recommend that extra for sure! I loved that they had hooks in entry for a coat and a set of hooks high on the wall for my hanging toiletry bag. Water pressure was adequate and the bathroom vanity had adequate lighting.

Location was amazing. Beautiful views. Property was absolutely stunning. The staff throughout the hotel was exceptional. The restaurants were incredible including the bar. This experience literally brought us to tears. It truly was the best vacation of our lives. We are already planning our return for next year. Very good parking outside. Very good host - Nils. Very comfortable bed. We had a car so it was convenient. If you don’t have a car you will need to take the train into the city (which is very close by.)
