Fantastic view, excellent outdoor seating and dining area to enjoy the view. Clean and comfortable with very responsive front desk who communicated via WhatsApp.

It's right beside Monaco so access is easy, but visiting once is more than enough, it's a headache to get around this place. Even with GPS is easy to get lost. The restaurants are decent but they are looking to gouge you on everything, good to visit for a couple of days but then I could not wait to leave.

It is a small resort village on a steep slope over the sea. The only beach in town (beach Mala) requires walking down and then climbing up for 10-15 minutes from the village center and 16-20 minutes from the top. It is an effort, and the beach is beautiful. There is no promenade. The access to the road Nice- Monaco is very fast and easy.

This is the least exciting place unless you have a purpose to stay in Cap d'Ail. Beach Mala is way overrated. and you have to take about 300 steps to get down there (and 300 steps back up). There are plenty of better beaches on the coast.

We was just in the border of Monte Carlo and Monaco... didn’t get to do the beach side as didn’t stay long enough but over all loved it.. many harbours to visit and see.. famous F1 track which I drove on the way out for our last day... amazing stuff.. palace and small side streets full of food and culture.. loved it and will be back in the near future.

Beautiful town with gorgeous views and beaches.
Beautiful town with gorgeous views and beaches. Very calm and serene, the locals are lovely and the walk to the beach is short. it is also very close to monaco- only a few stops on the bus, so it’s convenient to get around by bus or train
The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay in a modern apartment. It has been recently refurbished, with an equipped kitchen and bathroom. It is well connected , you can take the bus right in front into Monaco and has both public and private parking options.
The owners are very friendly, service oriented and helpful and take care of their property and guests.
The view from the balcony was just absolutely amazing. We can only recommend to try eating on it. It has completly different atmosphere then inside. Apartment is also great located, as to the Monaco it is around 20 minutes of walk or 5 by the car. The parking behind the gate makes your car safe and the lifts from it to the levels are nice feature.
The location was great, less than 10 minutes away from Monaco.
The room is well prepared, you have everything that you might need from coffee/tea to toiletries.
The host, Raul, was very accommodating and responsive. Met us late at night and helped guide us to the parking and the room
The parking is only 200m away and very convenient.
The host is extremely nice and welcoming. Comunication was wonderful and the apartment was exactly as described in the announcement . We know very well the area as we lived there for a couple of years and it super recommended as it close to an amazing beach and you can easily get to Monaco
The hotel looks and feels like a classical hotel, with a nice chandelier hanging in the entrée. It has a hotel bar and generally looks like it belongs in Monaco. I only booked a small double room and the emphasis should be on small. the shower/bathroom was a one-person shimmying affair.
The first impression was good as when we were there we walked a lot and reception offered me water which was really nice and all the staff were really kind literally everyone in the hotel and also they offered us shuttle to main area to look around which was very comfortable for us too.
Phenomenal views of the Mediterranean from the balcony! Well located apartment to get to the local sites in Cap D'Ail and also to Monaco. Walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores too. Well stocked kitchen with most things you'd need available for meals.
Joan welcomed us warmly, and oriented us well. The apartment is well provisioned and is a convenient place to stay to see Cap d’Ail, Cap Ferrat (including the Ephrussi Villa) and Monaco. We walked to Monaco and back easily along the Sentier Littoral.
Sara was really helpful and explained everything.
Included parking place.
Proximity to Monaco.
Sea view.
All in all if you get a good price its a good value for the money.
Nice idea with wooden stairs and concret buildings next to the rock cliffs.
The hotel far exceeded our expectations for the price paid. Facilities were sufficient but all the staff and size of room were excellent. We had breakfast at the hotel every day and dinner one night. All meals were very good indeed
Very comfortable and clean. Kitchen has microwave and hot plate, and well equipped for casual meal prep. Good location, nice walk to Monaco along the coastal path. Efficient communication with hosts
Great location, great views and the beds were comfortable. The infinity pool is amazing. Free parking and easy communication with Sara. You feel more comfortable than in a tiny hotel
Exactly as advertised! Really clean, very friendly hosts and (if you’re moderately fit) everything on walking distance (Monaco, Cap d’Ail village center & beaches)
Very good hotel, very well located, with a spacious room. Parking place just nearby (free for the night and very cheap from 9:00 a.m.). Excellent restaurant!
Lovely little hotel. Very clean rooms and super friendly hotel stuff. At breakfast, individual wishes are taken into account. I would definitely book again.
