This was a nice stop for Camino walkers. The beds were comfy and the shower nice and hot. The lady of the house was lovely, and the meals were flavorful and excellent.

Breakfast was superb with fresh baked croissants made by the chef's daughter who is a certified baker. My wife and I took a cooking lesson with the chef/hotel director. The original monastery was built in the 11th century and sections of the original building and adjacent chapel/church remain. Restaurant is of Michelin star quality with an incredible tasting menu.

We had a large room (1), which was quiet and comfortable. Granted, there only a handful of guests. Breakfast is good with bread, pain du chocolate, and coffee. There is a laundromat right around the corner.
