Breakfast was superb with fresh baked croissants made by the chef's daughter who is a certified baker. My wife and I took a cooking lesson with the chef/hotel director. The original monastery was built in the 11th century and sections of the original building and adjacent chapel/church remain. Restaurant is of Michelin star quality with an incredible tasting menu.
The Relais du Bastidou provides a warm welcome in a peaceful countryside location in the Gers. It has an outdoor swimming pool and a gastronomic restaurant serving local specialties.
