The room is very clean and comfortable, with an excellent bed. For me, a pet friendly accommodation was important because I was travelling with a cat.

If you want a budget comfy double room outside Paris with good connections, this is a good fit.Bed is comfy, bathroom has a modern setup with a shower. And the hotel is right next to a 393 bus stop with 3 stops to metro 8 or RER A. The hotel reception area looks nice with some cool additions like a pool table. They have breakfast which we didn't try though.
