BREAKFAST:
Mostly good. Overall , it was average, not amazing. For example, there were days the banana bread was seemed fresh and other days not fresh, just dry. I would ask for easy eggs and she would over cook them, maybe it was a language barrier? Not sure.
DINNER:
Average. Only ate at the restaurant with buffet and the seafood restaurant. Buffet was a hit and miss as well. Some things were good, some ok. The Middle Eastern/Asian buffet was not good at all. And it was all Asian only.
Seafood restaurant was gorgeous with great Sunset views and the food was good.
Food was average at best, drinks were not good at all.
ROOM:
It was quite spacious, which was amazing, but not enough furniture, like drawers to put your clothes in. There’s were 2 small closets, one closet had 1 hanger, the other closet did t even have a rod to put hangers on. So that was a waste of space and very inconvenient as we had to live out of our suitcases. Another piece of furniture needed in room is a bigger table and or, side table to set things on.
BATHROOM:
Was nice and spacious. But tile floors not cleaned well the grout in between tiles is yellowish. Obviously not well cleaned, like dried up pee and so why the tile was yellow tinted.
They also need to install a second towel hanger above the existing one as typically there will always be more than one person in a room. Hook behind door will not dry towel properly.
On our last day here, we chatted with a couple that had just arrived into a very dirty room and decided to check out and book at another hotel.

Fiji Beachouse is in a good location. Really enjoyed their garden hut with an outdoor bathroom, our hut also had AC. They also offer access to kayaks and paddle boards for free.
A few steps from Maui Bay Beach in Sigatoka, coral coast FIJI offers accommodations with access to a fitness room.

Perfect location, located conveniently across from a gas station, market and a few restaurants (Tipsy Italian was great). Snorkel gear and kayaks available to use was great to explore the coral reef. Noah and Kat help around the property and were super helpful with giving suggestions on stuff to see in the area. Group of 7 stayed comfortably in two rooms (full villa, and queen sweet).

The trip from Nadi airport is 2 hours long. So if you wish to do a snorkeling tour you will spend 4 hours on a bus there and back.
That side does offer other great activities like rivers, waterfalls, and cultural tours.

Korolevu is a beautiful place.
Korolevu is a beautiful place. The local people are friendly. Public transport is available at a reasonable price. We ate at our resort and local shopping area. The beaches are amazing and Maui Palms, our resort was great. We look forward to returning.

Loved that it was a bit further away from touristy Fiji, villages where so close and love hanging out with locals, very friendly. Snorkeling was amazing! Did not like how expensive food and drinks where, ice cream was $9!!!!
Staff seemed less.friendly and helpful then 7 years ago that I stayed there which I was surprised given 2 years of Covid and no tourists.
Lots of renovation noise everyday which we did not know or expect. Also prices for food are hard to find and not many specials.for.kids.

Apart from the rooms, every thing else was good. Double beds too small for 2 people. Sea view rooms not actually sea view. Sea view rooms angled at 45 degree angle which faces the pool with little sea view at the back. Centralized air-conditioned system which was emitting fowl smell and too noisy at low fan speed. Food was good but too pricy.

The staff were awesome.
The staff were awesome. Always checking in on you to see that you have everything that you need without violating your privacy. They go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need. Food is amazing (we always had the burgers for lunch and our favourites from the dinner menu was the chicken schnitzel and salad and pepper squid with salad and also the beef filet was amazing). We stayed in the King-sized villa which from the front door was right in front of the kitchen and from our sliding door right in front of the pool. We snorkelled and paddle boarded and it was just an awesome trip. We loved our time at Maui Palms and highly recommend coming here. I would say it would be good to get a car if you’re wanting to explore more of Sigatoka or neighbouring towns/villages, otherwise if you just want a relaxed holiday - staying at the resort and exhausting all their outdoor activities is great or just calling up a local taxi to take you in to explore town. Thank you Maui Palms staff! My wife, Lily, and I loved every minute of our stay.
Loved the staff, super friendly and helpful. My baby got sick and the reservations manager (sorry I didn’t get her name) go all out to assist us, she even sent one of the staff to assist during our trip to the hospital. Also, getting courtesy calls from the staff and reservations manager was very comforting, especially with a sick child.
My daughter enjoys the pool. I like the fact that they provide a kids club that has different activities for kids. Keep them occupied while adults relax. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
The staff were amazing. Unfortunately I got extremely sick from food poisoning (not from the hotel) and required immediate medical attention. The staff went above and beyond to organise an amazing doctor to come back to their practice after hours to treat me! The staff also delivered me iced drinks and other bits and pieces to try and make me feel better for the coming days. The facilities are great in a beautiful setting, and the food is extremely reasonably priced considering the size of the portions.

A strong current, so snorkeling with kids, you really need to keep on eye of them. A glass bottom boat trip we booked from the hotel was very good. Saw some amazing coral.

Small and friendly. Good food selection each meal time.nothing too much trouble. When you ordered food you could eat in restaurant, have by the pool/beach or at your villa. Great little supermarket /Italian restaurant and diner a short walk from hotel if you fancied something different.. kayaking and snorkelling just outside your villa.
The staff were warm & welcoming. They always greeted us with a smile and made sure our needs were met. This was consistent from the porter to reception to housekeeping and staff at all restaurants.
The beachfront access and resort grounds were well-maintained and stunning. The resort is picturesque, with lots of wonderful views.
We loved the room, the amenities, snorkel and paddleboard options. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and food in the restaurant delicious. Internet connection was the best we had in a hotel. A/C worked great. The bed was comfortable, and the gym incredibly well equipped. We would recommend this hotel to other people.
The atmosphere within the hotel was remarkable. Staff were really helpful and provided the right information when enquired. Although the weather and tide were not so favourable to my expectations, my partner and I really enjoyed our stay within the facilities. Absolutely worth every dollar!
Breakfast was boring no local cuisines, where is fijian food. This hotel is not representing the real fiji.Buffet dinners was horrible choices you are better buying food from the local diner.
