The hotel grounds are well kept and the rooms are cool and comfortable. We loved sitting on our patio by the pool listening to the birds. We arrived at 7 am and the staff stored our bags while we went on an excursion, and all staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good restaurant onsite and great Indian restaurant across the street. Taxi stand onsite, never had to wait for a cab.

The staff were lovely, check out was at 11 and I didn't have a ride till 4 so they let me hang out and work on the pool deck and in the restaurant. The restaurant has a decent variety of options and there's a Chinese restaurant next door.

The customer service is fantastic! Joe the manager and his staff - Andy and other Hotel staff are exceptional.
The rooms are newly refurbished and are very comfy. The location was perfect, not more than 3 minutes drive to and from the airport and within walking distance from the New World shopping mall. Away from the busy street, great views from the balcony where you can order a nice breakfast and have it there.
I enjoyed my stay there and this will definitely be my place to stay from now on!
