Every single thing about this place was amazing! Fantastic location, facilities, staff, pools, gardens, restaurants and the rooms. We had plenty of room for the whole family and we loved how the rooms were situated with the kitchen in the middle. The food at the restaurants was the best ever and the staff was wonderful. The location couldn't have been any better. The entertainment was wonderful as well.
Aquarius On The Beach offers private accommodations alongside Wailoaloa Beach. It has an outdoor pool with sun loungers and offers dining both inside and outside around the pool.

Denarau was awesome, you really feel like your having a break and on holiday. The Bula Bus is a great way to get around the island or down to the port, you can walk through different resorts and check them out or go to their restaurants. Highly recommend the Hilton Resort and Spa to stay.

When travelling to Fiji, you must take into consideration...
When travelling to Fiji, you must take into consideration the seasonal weather changes. From the day we arrived (mid March) until the day we left, one week later, it absolutely poured rain every single day and night with the exception of one four hour afternoon, a day before we left. I would love to have explored more of this beautiful, tropical island. The people we met were amazing. I had a very nasty fall on day two of our trip and thankfully a local fellow was able to assist me to get to a pharmacy and clean my wound. The footpaths are uneven, the area was very wet. It is not a good time to travel to Fiji. Would definitely return but during the drier months. The Port of Denarau is amazing, has a great selection of restaurants, cafe's and bars and shops to browse and buy. It is the focal point for travelling to other islands and they also run tours from the Marina. Beautiful spot to sit back, relax and enjoy a drink and/or meal. Lou Lou Bar/Cafe food is amazing! So nice we went there twice. To get around, we used the local Fijian bus service. It's very reasonably priced and they run constantly. You don't have to wait long to get the bus to your destination. Unfortunately we couldn't play golf because it was too wet. The bunkers were like lakes.

We stayed at both the Wyndham and Sheraton.
We stayed at both the Wyndham and Sheraton. The food at the Wyndham was not particularly impressive, we ate mostly at the restaurant just outside of Sheraton - Vasaqa. Denarau is a relatively central location when in Nadi - highly recommend having a hire car otherwise the taxi fares and bus fares would add up if you are planning alot of trips outside of Denarau.

I love that there is a variety of resorts right next to each other that you can walk to or catch the wonderful Bula bus to them. Plenty of restaurants at all of the resorts or just a quick bus ride to the Port for some more. Plenty of great shops to look at there as well. Most of the tours come out of the Port which is so handy. I loved that you had the choice to do things or you could do nothing but relax by the pool. It is so easy to get around on the Bula bus and it takes you everywhere you need and is so worth a trip on it. It is very reasonably priced too. So many wonderful day trips to islands available as well from the Port. It even has a 24 hour medical centre there which is great. The sunsets are amazing too. I have been 5 times to Fiji and always stay on Denarau Island. I will be back again next year. Absolutely love staying on Denarau Island as it has everything you need there to enjoy.

Such a safe island full of resorts and the port etc to catch boats to mamanuca islands etc…. All staff everywhere in Denerau - Hilton, Sofitel and the port restaurants were outstanding. Behind the islands gates is just pure paradise. Everywhere we went did not disappoint but try to get to malamala beach club for a day! Stunning! We ate at resort and at the port and food was beautiful. The bula bus is such a cheap easy ride and the taxis even are perfect if u don’t want to walk. I am pleased we stayed in denerau though as you really get pacific island perfection

Denarau is a beautiful island with a many international resorts. The prices to stay, eat and drink are the same or more expensive than Australia. Example: coconuts are $3.50 at home. On the island it’s about $9 and most drinks are in excess $10, alcoholic drinks $25. Bulla bus is $35 per person for 5 days and easy to use. The island is completely different to the main town Nadi. Dinners are average $40-$50 per person and double if you have seafood or steak. Lots of freebies in the Sheraton but you are paying very expensive accommodation. What used to be a near cheap quiet relaxing place to go for a few days is now very expensive. Besides price and quality of fresh produce, this trip was pleasant.
The Sofitel has had a recent makeover and it shows, everything is fresh and clean and well set out. The facilities and rooms are well appointed, very clean and comfortable. What undoubtedly makes this such a great place to stay is the people who work there. We felt extremely spoiled and it is clearly an objective of a lot of the staff to learn your name(s) during your stay - it personalises your stay.
The staff are exceptional, very friendly and always acknowledge their guests. Facilities were always clean and tidy. Would stay again next time we are in Fiji. The hotel is in great proximity to other hotels and restaurants and only a short walk to Denarau harbour. When you first arrive you are greeted with a friendly welcome by the staff and are overwhelmed by the massive size of the lobby.
There is a great sense of relaxation, welcome, luxury and safety when you're at Sheraton Denarau. Enough to do for a family of teenagers with large indoor air con wifi area. Many beach, pool options, gym, and a 15min stroll to the Marina. All within a vast sprawling gated community. Nadi town is also a short ride on the yellow bus. Staff are friendly and more than helpful.
The location is perfect - just across the road from the Marina, lots of shops and restaurants. We booked the 2 bedroom and it was just what we needed. Very spacious, with a fully fitted kitchen. We only spent 2 nights before flying back home and it was such a good decision! If we are ever in Fiji again, we’ll be back here at the Palms.
I was impressed by the service, location and the culinary options. This is the place where you relax in Fiji. Nothing to complain about. You will be sheltered from the real Fiji very well. Good restaurants, swimming pools, sun beds. Is it real experience of the island nation? No. This is for show. Anyway, I will be back
I adore everything about this hotel. I’ve been coming here with my family for over 10 years. Before visiting the Radisson Blu Fiji, I would always want to try a new hotel and new location. This hotel keeps me coming back once or twice a year. Always sad to leave but excited to come back again 🌴
Staff and Fijians are the most beautiful people and what made our holiday special. Location was perfect for travelling to islands for day visits. Great choice of dining experiences at resorts and close to the Port for more options.
It's a well priced, vibrant resort on the main island. It would be ideal for families with young kids, as there are a load of activities to do. It's well located, with other resorts / restaurants / bars within walking distance.
Everything. Staffs are the best. Loved their bula vibe. Rooms are clean, comfortable befs, and pillows.rooms get cleaned daily. They gave us bottled water daily. Friendly environment just really nice.
The Sofitel was a great place to finish our trip to Fiji. The kids loved the slide and the pools and the kids club was excellent, giving us time to enjoy the resort kid free.
The one bedroom suite was excellent and the conjoined rooms for my children was extremely convenient. The hotel staff was amazing, very friendly, and accommodating.
I love the Hilton Fiji and have been many times - great location , great staff and wonderful holiday destination. Called the medic once and they were exceptional
