Fine place to stay outside of Tampere, a short drive from the city in a nice neighbourhood. Right next to the grocery store and other places, free parking behind the hotel. Rooms have everything you need (light toiletries, small kitchenette, TV with several channels) but are not overly comfortable for anything but sleeping. Our room had two small twin beds and two plastic chairs.
Located in Ylöjärvi, 13 miles from Nasinneula Observation tower, Voionmajoitus Soihtu has accommodations with a garden, free private parking and a shared lounge.

The pool and sauna facility was way above expectations, the kids didn't want to leave. The room we were in was a slightly older renovation, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a huge selection and was fantastic.
