It's like home apartment, well located and for a good price.
We came to Finland to visit friends who lived not so far, so the distance from Tampere center was not critical. But it's super comfortable to use modern trams, in about 15 minutes it's possible to get to the city center and the stop is in 3 minutes from the apartment.
So, location is really good and it's also a very calm place. I've already recommended it to my friends.

Beautiful view from the 10th floor, open horizons, excellent sauna for a small apartment. Great sheets.
Parking under cover, so no need to scrape any snow from the car. Even though walking distance from the tram if you don't have car and on weekends the trams are running basically nonstop. Supermarket next door for your basic needs.
We arrived a little earlier and it was OK.
