It is all inclusive hotel not far from the beach. The only issue is that the see is not there - you need to cross the railroad and trailer park. Other than that - it is on the level. The food was good and plenty both in the morning and in the evening (drinks not included).

Beautiful place to stay, lots of hotels, shops & places to eat. Clean and tidy. Lots of green areas & children play area. Situated on the beach. I felt very safe during my stay there.
Surprised it's not promoted more as a tourist resort. Close to Girona Airport.
Good transport network- train, buses & taxi. But to be honest we walked everywhere.
Would definitely recommend it as a place to holiday.

We had booked a room for 2 people, but there were 3 beds in the room. There was no room for maneuver. The hotel had a bad smell all the time. In the morning we were woken up by the cleaner around 9:30, although we told the reception not to disturb us. The location of the hotel was very good.

More quiet than Malgrat de Mar or Lloret de Mar, perfect for family vacation. Not so crowded. Easily reachible by train or bus from Barcelona.
Although if you want to travel around (Blanes, Girona, Lloret, Tossa etc), it is easier to do it by rental car or taxi, then by using public transport.
The beach and the sea are the main attractions in Santa-Susanna, together with relaxing and carefree atmosphere.

A great place to relax for active people.
A great place to relax for active people. It borders on Malgrat de Mar, and the other way is Calella. Line R1 takes us in 1h15" to the center of Barcelona. A typical tourist resort with many nice restaurants, pubs and clubs, two of which deserve special attention: Drunken Duck and Aloha. Good company is also important, and in this category it is really great - a lot of Dutch , Germans, French and a mix of cool people from all over the world!

Santa Susanna is the place for relaxation.
Santa Susanna is the place for relaxation. Its a place for old people not for young people. The hotels and streets were full of old people relaxing enjoying life. If you are young couple i would not recommend Santa Susanna you can stay in Lloret de Mar or Empuriyabrava or Roses.
Hotel is relaxing since it’s only for adults . We had really enjoyed our stay before the crowded season , food was okay could be more vegetarian foods .but if we think about stuff of the hotel everyone is nice kind and respectful! We loved the bar and stuff especially cute-smart Irem.. she has been our favorite with her kindness, nice chats and good work , We hope to come back again and can’t wait to have some quality time at the bar !
We stayed for one night on our way to another location, but once we arrived we wished we had more time there. We didn't expect much, but it was a great stay! We took the half board (dinner and breakfast) and we were amazed the quality of food we got for such a small amount of money! The restaurant experience in this hotel was amazing! We traveled with a small dog and the pet service was also great! our dog got a toy and great treat.
The major advantage is the hotel's great location - it is almost at the beach (visited by cruises to Tossa del Mar and other towns) and the suburban train which can take you to Barcelona.
Another advantage is the variety of food. However, not everything is fresh and I personally have been feeling sick for a couple of days after eating a slice of pizza that tasted strangely.
The hotel (including our room) was very clean.
It was one of the best places at where I stayed. Very atmospheric village house with cosy rooms and beautiful common areas. The nature around is very picturesque and serene.
The stuff is kind and very helpful, who make you feel welcomed.
There is a city beach few kilometers from the house, but also there are quite a few famous beach locations within 30-40 minutes drive.

Beautiful layout of the hotel, fantastic pools and very clean and tidy all round. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size with pool views and the bed was very comfy. We were delighted at an upgrade on our room and a little celebratory treat for my husband's birthday. We ate at the roof top restaurant and had a lovely meal.

The hotel was on the edge of the beach which was amazing. The breakfast was good and the bar and the entertainment that we saw was ok. staff were friendly and helpful and discounted beds on the beach was helpful. Great location all round
