This was a very comfortable hotel with an excellent location on a main square in Bilbao, just on the edge of the old city. We found it to be a great place to explore Bilbao. The breakfasts were very nice and the staff were very helpful. I would stay there again.

Unfortunately in our period we had to tell the staff about two mistakes: when we arrived, we were given a very noisy room, and two days later it was impossible to get into the garage.
Errors can happen everywhere, the question is how to handle them.
Here, in a 4-star hotel, both problems were solved in a 5-star way. The room was immediately changed for us, and of course we didn't have to pay for parking, in fact, we received a small gift of ham and wine tasting as compensation.
