The owner was over the top great. We had to exit the Camino due to a medical issue not related to the hike. He drove us into town and helped us find the doctor and pharmacy. We are so grateful for his service.

This is a modern boutique hotel with lots of charm and character.
Location was great across from the river and the Samos monastery.
Large and clean room and bathroom with very comfortable bed, which is definitely a bonus for peregrinos. Our room had a balcony that overlooks the monastery.
Good breakfast.
In-house laundry for added convenience.
Wide variations of wine if you want to chill and relax after a long walk.
A very kind, helpful and accommodating host. Our stay at Casa Botica was truly one to remember on the Camino. Muchas Gracias Cristian!

Clean and has everything you need. A nice stop on the Camino.
My hosts were overwhelming in their hospitality. They asked me when and what I'd like for dinner. They asked me when and what I'd like for breakfast. The food was amazing, and they were extremely generous with the food as well.
The room was simple, but extremely roomy, with a comfortable bed, and a homey rural esthetic. A packet of shower gel, shampoo, a toothbrush and toothpaste were offered, though I'd brought my own with me.
This was a perfect stop after Samos, and close to Sarria on the Camino. Rural Galician perfection.
Excellent hotel located at the end of the village. Warm reception. My room was spotless with twin beds. No tv. Bathroom was shared but spotless also, towels provided. Shower was excellent after long tough walk. There was tea or coffee making freely available in a common room across from mine. There was a vending machine on my floor for snacks and reasonably priced. Laundry facilities were available at upper floor but you needed 4 x1 euro coins and I had none. Outside, there were cafes, restaurants, bars nearby for food.
The woman who received me was so helpful and gracious. She explained that she could not be at the hotel the next morning and told Correos who was transporting my luggage. She had arranged to have me take my bag to the Bar nearby. She said to call her with any questions or concerns. She was wonderful
The room was clean, modern, and had a a great view of the monastery.
I was a little surprised that in the room there was shampoo but no soap. A minor issue of course compared to the overall experience of staying there !!
Host was so helpful and gave us a lot of advice about what to do in Samos. We ate in the restaurant she recommended -Albaroque and it did not disappoint.Samos was one of our favorite places on the entire Camino. The Mass in the monastery in the evening was memorable. Casa Licerio is a lovely place to stay- immaculately clean and is obvious that the host takes pride in caring for her casa.
Fabulous welcome on arrival. The hotel is superbly positioned on the Camino. Looks across to the monestary. And also the river. Spacious rooms, immaculately presented. We relaxed in the garden area late afternoon with a glass of wine. Very well stocked wine selection. Outstanding breakfast. Highly recommended.
She is located right on the Camino, across the street from a little market. I arrived soaked. She did my laundry. Such a luxury! Breakfast was amazing! She provided everything a hungry pilgrim might want - including crunchy peanut butter and chocolate. I passed, but loved the idea it was an option.
The house was stunningly beautiful. Located in Samos, a very beautiful detour from the original Camino. The hostess was very kind. I had one of my best nights sleep in the king-size bed. Other accomodation such as bathroom and kitchen facilities had everything you needed
This Hotel was my best on the camino by a country mile..
Hotel is spotless and well maintained, staff were super friendly.
Room was very comfortable and spotless..
Food was also very good here..
Worth every penny...
the property is beautiful, and the lady who checked me in and made the BEST coffee of my whole Camino de Santiago was amazing. I have travelled extensively and this little hotel is one of my favourites.
This is a wonderful place to stay and enjoy Samos. access to the Camino, easy. Spotlessly clean and a wonderful staff. Beautiful place and people. So patient with my terrible Spanish. highly recommended
Comfortable private rooms just near the monastery. All the basics provided with friendly staff and hot drinks all day. No outdoor area but Samos is lovely to explore
