Very helpful, friendly staff & very clean facilities.
The hotel is new and clean, and 50m from a supermarket with toiletries such as tooth brushes. The staff at this hotel was exceptional and Sara went out of her way to help us when we forgot our GoPro. Taking into consideration the great breakfast, excellent location, proximity to restaurants and market, exceptional staff, renovated clean rooms, and ease of access with electronic check in, this is clearly the best stop for all travelers but especially pilgrims on the Camino.
Everything
The host was super kind, we arrived by car and were lost, we called the host and he went to look for us and guided us to the hotel. He gave us recommendation of where to go, where to eat, what routes to make in Las Fragas, etc. We traveled with our dogs and the had 2 dog beds ready in our room. The room and bathroom were nice, spacious and very clean. It was located in the heart of the city. We loved it and would definetly recommend it.
Lovely breakfast . I am vegetarian and Carmen made me a lovely breakfast. Very fresh bread orange juice really nice coffee.Decor of room was very modern and beautiful, simple I gorgeous old building. Location amazing right in the middle of old town. Access to hotel / room with code very handy. Manager very helpful and responsive bu WhatsApp helped us with loads.
great location in the old town, parking just outside, nice room, in a new building as the hotel is expanding. so address was different from that on booking and we got the room key from the workmen. wonderful communication - hosts made great dinner recommendation. and really good breakfast
This place runs a very brisk business. Hotel, plus and drinks catering to a small community. Many people stopped for a drink before going home. For being so busy, the waitresses were very good considering I spoke little Spanish. I enjoyed my stay.
Beautiful hotel in the countryside with park around it. Ideal to rest and to visit the Fragas do Eume. Delicious breakfast and nice common areas to chill out. Highly knowledgeable owner who helps with suggestions in all areas.
The hotel has an excellent location in the city. Clean room with new furnishings and they provided a washer and dryer for me to use. The host/reception was not at the hotel but was easily reachable through whatsapp.
The staff was incredibly friendly. The room has all the necessities. It is about a 20 min trek uphill from the center of Pontedeume. There is a restaurant on the bottom floor of the hotel owned by the same family.
This was the cheapest hotel we found after arriving late to the city and not being able to find free spot in any of albergues. However everything was fine, central location and the price was not bad
Nice place to stay on our nightly stop for the Camino, the rooms were very large, basics but nice. The hotel is on the main road and we stayed on a Friday so it was noisy at times.
excellent location, very central and beautiful view. hotel
very old with little maintenance elevators shallow curtains very worn and impaired
very kind and helpful staff
Almudena the only employee running the hotel and the cafe next door was amazing, hard working and friendly. She made our stay great. Thank you, see you soon.
