the apartment was spacious, plenty of room for 5 people. the kitchen was basic but adequate. sheets were clean and we were given enough towels. it was clean, had a lovely view of the pool. the apartment was quiet, we went in April and there weren’t many people about. there is car parking, but this is limited and could get quite busy in the summer. the apartment was gated with key code so was nice and secure. there was heating and air conditioning.

Lovely place to stay where you can park your car, walk to the beach in 5 minutes from here, and enjoy total peace and quiet if that is what you seek. The bed was king-sized: loved it! There was a balcony and good wifi. Ibiza is small enough that you could spend your entire Ibiza stay here: you can drive to other side of island in less than an hour.

If you are a beach lover, the location of this hotel is perfect, although there is little else which the area has to offer. My room had a small fridge (unplugged on arrival) and was passably clean. The breakfast (€6) was good, consisting of bread, cheese, meat and spreads with a drink (I chose coffee).
The property offers free parking, although the on-site "car park" requires a drive up a steep, sandy hill then parking between trees - however, the beach car park (immediately outside the property) is also free and a shorter walk, so is a better option (and if that car park is full, there is free parking all along the approach road).
Look out over the golden sands and clear waters of San Vicente Beach from this hotel. It is surrounded by some of the natural scenery on the island of Ibiza.

We like every thing The most beautiful and cleanest hotel I have stayed in. I recommend it to everyone. The staff is friendly and the hotel and breakfast are the best possible. Our flight was leaving late, so they gave us a room at the time we wanted to have a shower and go to the airport. I loved this hotel and will definitely return to it.

I loved the location as the view of the sunrise every morning was just breathtaking from my seaview room.
The room itself was nicely decorated & tasteful.
The breakfast was so fresh & there was plenty of choice.
Most importantly the staff were so friendly & welcoming...especially the restaurant staff in the mornings.

The other end is wilder with some nudists.
Lovely clear water and beautiful rock formations and views to Cala San Vicente.
There is also Alocs bar with lovey shade under the trees.

Nice little bar called Feel Ibiza about 10mins walk. Nice cocktails and reasonable price.
View from room was great. And especially the room we had. It had a brilliant balcony with sunbeds. So loved that. Room 7262. However it's about 10flights of stairs to get up to the room from the reception, so be warned.
The apartment is just amazing. Big and comfortable for families or group of friends. The location is great, a few minutes walk to the beach.
There is a great swimming pool in the territory of the hotel. We had so much fun there playing volleyball and water fights 😁
The stuff was great, they were reachable by WhatsApp 24/7. They provided us with everything we needed.

What is not to like? Food is good and plenty, they have activities for both kids and adults. If you add that this is a beach front hotel, there're 3 outdoors (cold) pools and 1 indoor (warm) pool and they have their own little waterland then you can easily spend one week without having to leave the complex at all (if you also have meals included)
Excellent location specially fro those looking to stay away from the buzz downtown Ibiza. This is a great hotel, north of the Island. Great pools, nice beach, amazing and super friendly staff! Breakfast was good as well! Las dalias Market and restaurants outside the property are great!

The hotel rooms are lovely, the beds are comfortable and the balcony was very spacious. The pools were really good and great for two young kids. We loved the splash pool and the play areas too. The breakfast buffet was really good too. Loved the view over the beach.
a basic, honest, family run hotel with excellent staff. the rooms were adequate and kept scrupulusly clean. the location, right on the beach, was excellent only marred by the loud music played nightly at the resort hotel opposite.
Poor quality food. Rooms are extremely small. They charge you for everything towels, internet. Was not please with the hospitality of the front desk employees. The hotel is over price for what they offer.
Incredible value for money. Sold as a hostel style accommodation but I've stayed in worse 4 star hotels! Large, beautiful room, host was lovely and location is peaceful and beautiful.
