This was a great all inclusive hotel for families, as the facilities were really great for small children. My child loved the multiple pools, there were events going on during the day, and everything was within a small area. They also had playgrounds, and bikes, and really had all you needed to enjoy a trip with children.

Playa de Muro is a lovely place suitable for a family vacation with children. The area is quiet, the beach is clean and the water is shallow for a long time, which gives parents peace of mind when it comes to their children. The vendors were not pushy and the views allowed you to enjoy your vacation.
There are many places where you can eat decently and the menu is varied enough that everyone will find something for themselves. The shops right by the beach definitely charge extra so it's worth thinking about what you need in advance.
Getting to the beach is easy and there are plenty of free parking spots around the beach

Wonderful stay.
Wonderful stay. Beach was lovely and excellent hotel given it is 4 star. We stayed in other hotels in Alcudia Bay and this was by far the best. We stayed in hotel suites as we were a family of 3, with my teenage daughter.

The beach is beautiful with fine white sand and crystal clear water. The entrance to the sea is very gentle, suitable even for small children, and the water overall has a beautiful azure color. You feel like you are in the Caribbean :)

Playa de Muro is pretty much a tourist town, though it's both smaller and less interesting than Alcúdia or Pollensa, both of which are accessible if you have a car or are happy to make a bus journey. There's plenty of restaurants and supermarkets, but not much else. The beach is lovely, though.

30 minute flat walk into the town from TUI Blue Alcudia Pins. Many shops and restaurants, but not so many bars that you feel you can just stop for a drink in.
Taxi's are almost impossible to get. If you ring directly they say they can't understand you and hang up, we asked the restaurant we were in to call for us, and they were happy to do that.
Not enough to do for two weeks without leaving the area.
The Royal Grill and Dakota's were both good restaurants.
Amazing villa for sea lovers. The property is located literally a few steps from the beach which is so nice even in winter. We loved having strolls on sunny winter days there.
The villa itself has everything needed for a holiday and enough space for 10 people. The pool area is also very nice and our kids enjoyed playing around on the garden.
Restaurants and bars in Playa de Muro are just a 5-minute drive away from the house.
All in all I would highly recommend this villa to everyone and we will most definitely be back.
The staff was very nice, always helpful. The food was very tasty and plentiful. A short distance from the sea, but the beach near the hotel is very crowded. Since we had a car, we went to a different beach every day. Just a short drive and the beaches are empty. Accommodation absolute comfort, clean, tidy every day. Otherwise the beaches are beautiful!!! Gradual access to the sea. I warmly recommend not only Mallorca, but also the hotel. You can park your car for free everywhere.
The apartments are bright and cheerful, very clean with amazing sea views. In a perfect location, situated on the most beautiful part of Alcudia, Playa de Muro..Just minutes walk from a couple of beach bars and supermarket which is beside the boardwalk that offers different types of boat trips daily. The host Miquel made feel us feel very welcomed and very helpful, such a kind man. hope to be back very soon
Our first room had a problem with WiFi so we were moved to another room the same day. Everyone was extermly helpful during our stay. We loved breakfast in the morning. Food was local and fresh with a plenty of tables inside and by the pool to choose from. The hotel is 3 min walk from Mura beach which in our view is the best in Mallorca. We had trully relaxing stay and would love to visit again.
The hotel was close to the beach, had good bus transportation options (from Palma center and to the airport) and had many nearby restaurants and shops. It had great options during the breakfast buffet and good entertainment throughout the day and evening for children and adults. The spa facilities are very complete and the gardens are very pleasant to walk around.
3 minute walk to the beach. Clean and bright room with a nice bathroom and a spacious balcony. Super friendly staff, who spoke English and German fluently. Good breakfast options. Two swimming pools! Cozy poolside restaurant with good food at reasonable prices. Very nice location and the bus stop was right in front of the hotel.
Food was excellent, really recommend going full board, great variety of meals day and night ! Hotel was on the beach so excellent access to beach and beach activities. We travelled with friends and for a small upgrade fee they put our rooms beside each other with a shared balcony - excellent option !
The facilities at this hotel are excellent. Great, clean accommodation, brilliant breakfast, a choice of pools, spa, tennis, etc. It’s also about five yards from the beach and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming/attentive (especially the reception and the wait staff)
