Lovely hotel and exceptionally helpful and friendly staff who cares and looks after each guest very well. We were passing Playa de Muro and after reading other people's reviews decided to try this hotel and were pleasantly surprised how good it was, especially the food, always fresh and lots of different choices, we would definitely like to come back for a longer stay.

Variety of food is something worth mentioning. Very helpful and nice staff. Crew that is responsible for kids attractions does above and beyond. They are fun, always smile and care about kids around them. I witnessed a situation where we did an excursion and one 4 yo boy couldn't handle it and was missing his mom and dad but crew lady was always with him, cheering him up and very patient with him. Kudos for that. This is hard work but all the team pays great attention to children. And that my lads gives a big picture on how big they are on kids satisfaction. Clean rooms, great view. Attentitive and positive personnel who is always there for you.

Playa de Muro is a lovely place suitable for a family vacation with children. The area is quiet, the beach is clean and the water is shallow for a long time, which gives parents peace of mind when it comes to their children. The vendors were not pushy and the views allowed you to enjoy your vacation.
There are many places where you can eat decently and the menu is varied enough that everyone will find something for themselves. The shops right by the beach definitely charge extra so it's worth thinking about what you need in advance.
Getting to the beach is easy and there are plenty of free parking spots around the beach

Wonderful stay.
Wonderful stay. Beach was lovely and excellent hotel given it is 4 star. We stayed in other hotels in Alcudia Bay and this was by far the best. We stayed in hotel suites as we were a family of 3, with my teenage daughter.

The beach is beautiful with fine white sand and crystal clear water. The entrance to the sea is very gentle, suitable even for small children, and the water overall has a beautiful azure color. You feel like you are in the Caribbean :)

Playa de Muro is pretty much a tourist town, though it's both smaller and less interesting than Alcúdia or Pollensa, both of which are accessible if you have a car or are happy to make a bus journey. There's plenty of restaurants and supermarkets, but not much else. The beach is lovely, though.

30 minute flat walk into the town from TUI Blue Alcudia Pins. Many shops and restaurants, but not so many bars that you feel you can just stop for a drink in.
Taxi's are almost impossible to get. If you ring directly they say they can't understand you and hang up, we asked the restaurant we were in to call for us, and they were happy to do that.
Not enough to do for two weeks without leaving the area.
The Royal Grill and Dakota's were both good restaurants.

This is the family friendly and cycling part of Mallorca - we got our bikes from Mallorca Bike Hire and they were five star! They are based in Port Pollenca but will drop off and pick up from the hotel.

The food at the hotel was very good! Great variety and well prepared. Had a large room with sun and an ocean view. My wife joined me and they were very accommodating. Bike garage, tools, and rentals on site. Beautiful grounds, pool, and terraces. Great gym and sauna. Very close to the 312 start and the beach and shops. Eroski is 1k walk and lidl about 4k. Good wifi and bar area with tv's for sports and nightly music. The bus stop is very close to the hotel. The room I had was very quiet.
Absolutely fabulous stay at Mirada de Alcudia! Apartment has all the basic essentials. Adequate kitchen facilities with fridge, stove, toaster, kettle, microwave and the added bonus of a coffee maker. Powerful and good sized shower. Brilliant air conditioning and large balcony to take in the marvelous view of Playa de Muro beach....will defo return!!!!
Very good resort with lots of activities to do (adults and kids). Room was verry big with a big bathroom and a small kitchen (good equipped) and terrace was superb (like in the picture) Location is good, 3 min to the beach(sand and clear water) and have a lot of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was perfect (a lot of opinions) with a very nice stuff.

I didn’t understand why this hotel is so well rated because is clearly outdated , expensive and the food mediocre. The rooms need a serious renovation asap .

Good location, walk to the beach. Place is a bit dated, jacuzzi was not heated. Large selection of food; good but not great. Pool was large but cool. Staff were nice. Room is fine, again a bit dated but AC worked well.

As we were located right on the beach in Playa de Muro, it was a lovely view the entire time. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and the staff were exceptionally polite.
