This was a great all inclusive hotel for families, as the facilities were really great for small children. My child loved the multiple pools, there were events going on during the day, and everything was within a small area. They also had playgrounds, and bikes, and really had all you needed to enjoy a trip with children.

Wonderful stay. Beach was lovely and excellent hotel given it is 4 star. We stayed in other hotels in Alcudia Bay and this was by far the best. We stayed in hotel suites as we were a family of 3, with my teenage daughter.

The beach is beautiful with fine white sand and crystal clear water. The entrance to the sea is very gentle, suitable even for small children, and the water overall has a beautiful azure color. You feel like you are in the Caribbean :)

It's a beautiful part of the Island and having travelled the entire Island of Palma de Mallorca. Highly recommend Playa de Muro. Perfect location, great amenities nearby, and the beach / sea amazing.

Playa de Muro is pretty much a tourist town, though it's both smaller and less interesting than Alcúdia or Pollensa, both of which are accessible if you have a car or are happy to make a bus journey. There's plenty of restaurants and supermarkets, but not much else. The beach is lovely, though.

30 minute flat walk into the town from TUI Blue Alcudia Pins. Many shops and restaurants, but not so many bars that you feel you can just stop for a drink in.
Taxi's are almost impossible to get. If you ring directly they say they can't understand you and hang up, we asked the restaurant we were in to call for us, and they were happy to do that.
Not enough to do for two weeks without leaving the area.
The Royal Grill and Dakota's were both good restaurants.

We visited in mid October so towards the end of tourist season but it was still quite busy. The place was very nice, with a lovely long sandy beach and good amenities around. It was a great base for day excursions as we rented a car. Plenty of restaurants to eat in, although menus were mostly generic steak and pizza. Our hotel recommended an amazing restaurant called Los Patos that served proper Mallorcan food, we’d recommend it to anyone interested in authentic food experience.
The manager and his team at this hotel, are sensational. They make sure to tend to all the needs of guests and nothing was too much for them. The amenities for children are amazing. (Mini disco was a big hit!) Beautiful pools and places to relax in the sun, as well as being walking distance to the most beautiful beach. Alcudia is a treat in itself. We loved the 2 bedroom apartment for our family.
The grill restaurant is an absolute must if you are staying here. Alessandro and Joanna make a phenomenal team and the food is out of this world.
The food at the hotel was very good! Great variety and well prepared. Had a large room with sun and an ocean view. My wife joined me and they were very accommodating. Bike garage, tools, and rentals on site. Beautiful grounds, pool, and terraces. Great gym and sauna. Very close to the 312 start and the beach and shops. Eroski is 1k walk and lidl about 4k. Good wifi and bar area with tv's for sports and nightly music. The bus stop is very close to the hotel. The room I had was very quiet.
Wonderful hotel, in particular every single staff member was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean, the grounds were beautiful with lots of flowers, trees and easy access to the stunning beach. Our children loved the facilities and we all found the evening entertainment fantastic (I'm quite a sceptic usually). The food selection was great and we particularly liked our mexican meal.
The hotel was close to the beach, had good bus transportation options (from Palma center and to the airport) and had many nearby restaurants and shops. It had great options during the breakfast buffet and good entertainment throughout the day and evening for children and adults. The spa facilities are very complete and the gardens are very pleasant to walk around.
Nice apartment with a kitchenette, perfect for two parents and 1-2 kids. Hotel has a nice restaurant, but the apartment is also perfect for self-catering. Beds are comfy and spacious, the apartment was clean. A nice beach is within a 2-minute walk, great hikes are available with 30-90 minutes of driving. Playground and pools within the hotel, also a nice garden.

Everything was great! The place is perfect, the staff is good, and the food is delicious. The beach near the hotel is one of the good beaches on the island. The food is really good, a lot of choices. The swimming pools were great!
They were very-very kind, the meals were very delicious. The beach next to the hotel. Every evening was a show for the customers. I liked every moment there. I would like to come back with friends.
The only positive items were the water slides and proximity to the beach. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel with the prices we were charged. You can get better value and nicer rooms in hotels nearby.
Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Apartments are small but have everything you could wish for. So close to a beautiful beach. Great breakfast choice. Cava on arrival was a lovely extra touch.
