Pineda de Mar is not a pretty town. There are a few large hotels and the rest is very low key and run down. However it is very easy to get to from Barcelona which is where we flew into and also spent time. The train is easy and regular. We also got a train to Girona and Figueres one day which was easy, but more expensive that we anticipated as the train to Barcelona is quite cheap. Whilst the train is easy, it is also a bit on a eye sore as it runs directly next to the beach. It did mean that you got to see all the town up to Pineda de Mar and I would not have recommended any of those either. There are not many tours or day trips running out of Pineda de Mar as I would have liked to explore the coast further north, however I believe this coast is harder to get to from Barcelona so Pineda de Mar suited us for this reason. There are several beach bars along the beach and we particularly liked Tiare where we had delicious tapas and good priced drinks.

Small Village where there are a lot of supermarkets and beach clubs. The sand of the beach isn't good and t'he water is col. I don't recommended this beach furthemore itsn't safe to babies fue to the waves and rocks.

Great beach town with mostly locals/Spanish people. Not a big tourist hub like Calella or Malgrat. Nice vibe, some excellent restaurants, beautiful beach and beachside restaurants (chiringuitos). Very relaxed friendly place.

It’s a great place to stay if you need to rest and swim in the sea. Small and comfy town with beautiful architecture and friendly people. But there is a problem with the English language in many restaurants and cafes.

24h after we leave the bungalow they sent us ADULTERATED PICTURES of how we leave the bungalow and charged us €40 for cleaning.
DON'T TRUST them and be aware.
At the checkout, ask them to see the bungalow WITH YOU, or they will make the same as us!!! Adulterate pictures of your bungalow and charge money.
This is unacceptable and inadmissible.

The staff is very helpful and very friendly. The bungalows are incredibly clean when you check in. Location is perfect right on the edge of Pineda de Mar and Calella. The campsite is not large scale and kept clean and tidy. Incredible place to go with your dog. Atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The dogbeach is just across the streat. Many Spanish guests which always provides a great atmosphere. If you like a relaxing place to stay with a good starting point for the area, I would strongly recommend BellSol.
The hotel is really near to the train station and also to the beach. The receptionists were really helpful and kind, it was a nice feeling that they tried to help us with the planning of transportation to the airport as we left at 5am on the last day. We received also an upgrade to a pool view room.
Breakfast was included in our package, the variety of food was enough for me and my mother and I can just recommend their croissant and coffee! :D
.The staff were very friendly and ready to help you with whatever you need, the food was very good. The train stop and the beach is just at 10 minutes far form the hotel, bus stop at 5 minutes. There are mountains at just 20 minutes walk from the hotel. The stores as well is just at a few minutes from the hotel. The rooms has all the needed facilities.
Good location: close to the beach and city center. The town itself is close to Lloret de Mar and not far from Barcelona.

There's a parking place in the yard behind the hotel ( extra payment).
I didn’t eat at the hotel, as I was socialising with friends, the location is perfect, close to all amenities, the beach and the railway station just a 5 minute walk.
And the staff especially Raquel who sorted out a coach Transfer to the Airport for me at short notice, went above and beyond, thank you so much.
Generally this hotel is great value of money. It was warm during the middle of my stay and I managed to walk to the beach, though the start and end were wet and windy. The room was of very good standard and had a nice private outdoor area.
Staff very friendly and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was awesome, very good variety of foods to choose from. We opted to have dinner at the hotel as well as it was good value for money. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The location was beachfront, walking distance from main bars, restaurants, and the train station. The apartment was within standards, especially if you compare it to the standard of other holiday apartments in Spain.
A very pleasant owner and always in touch, helping with any questions. The apartment is good, the beach is nearby, a playground is nearby, Barcelona is half an hour by car. By the way, there is free parking nearby.
The room was clean and very quiet, the cleaning was done on time. The beds are comfy. You can order a taxi or get by bus to the location. Staff is very polite and helpful. I'd say, it's great hotel for it's money.
