room was excellent and set up for 3 beds as requested. everything was spotless. staff was super friendly and helpful. breakfast was great: food was good, varied, and the room was pleasant. The shuttle service from the hotel to the airport was excellent. 9 euros for everyone. available on the 1/2 hour. service was excellent. an unexpected treat. Kudos to the reception people who helped me adjust my watch to the new time change. They accomplished this in 2 minutes and were so very polite.

I loved the prompt shuttle pick up at the airport AND that the ride to the airport in the morning was so fast. The bathroom is modern with fantastic water pressure. Towels were thick and not old. The bed was comfortable. Having a TV guide that tells a guest what channels are available (and their number) would be a real help if you like to watch tv a bit. Wifi was fast and that is great!

The lady at the front desk (Pillar) was very helpful, kind and friendly.
The rest of the staff were rather helpful too.
The rooms were very neat and clean.
Shuttle service from the airport and back to the airport can be arranged by a phone call after you land.
But just message them beforehand.
The hotel is like 10mins away and is in an ideal for transit.
The breakfast spread was good value.
There are also restaurants around within walking distance and open up to late.
Highly recommended.

If ya need a place overlooking the Madrid basinand airport, this little town of Paracuellos de Jarama and Hostel el Rocio is a perfect spot if ya have a day or two to chill out. Cafe Isabel has the best pastries and cafe con leche!!
Everything was perfect. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. The distance to the airport is very convenient and it takes just a couple of minutes to go from and to the airport the free shuttle service to the terminals is great and you can arrange it according to your flight time.
We stayed only for 1 night, cause we arrived in a late flight e left in the morning. Is very close to the airport e the van from/to airport is great and helps a lot. The hotel is very simple, but clean and fits perfectly for those who arrive late in Madrid. Very nice staff.
We had a late arrival for a domestic flight within Spain. Hostal El Cruce provides a free transfer to and from the airport with lodging. The rooms are clean, and the beds are good. The price was right and perfectly met our needs.
