In all our stay was fine, only really hindered by the fact we had no aircon in our room.

It was a very quiet resort where we stayed. Perfect for us. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants not at all rowdy. Not much to do for children however. The only fab thing we found was the mini golf a 5 minute walk from our apartment. It is one of the best we have been to, grandson loved it.

We travelled in Mid April so it was still quite quiet and lots of bars, hotels and nightclubs are not yet open. Palma Nova is a great place to stay as it's just far enough away from all the 'activities' in Magaluf.

More traffic than I thought but still easy to get around. Loved that we could go to the beach to relax in the sun and then the next day travel to the mountains! Great place to stay with family, lots to see and do! Very good prices in the off season.

Clean and comfortable. Very close to the beach. We had a large terrace with chairs, but overlooked by the apartments directly opposite. I felt a bit enclosed by this as well as other high buildings surrounding the accommodation.
Part of our reason for booking this accommodation was that a free shuttle was advertised for guests on booking.com. When we asked about this on arrival, we were told there was no such facility, so we took two public buses back to the airport in the day we left.

Palma Nova is a lovely place to visit for both families and single people. Plenty of attractions nearby and only a short bus ride to the wonderful capital, Palma which is definitely worth a visit. Near to the lively nightlife but also to some quieter and picturesque bars and restaurants by the sea.

Very good location, lots of buses goes to Palma and other directions. Lots of British tourists, not to noisy, no crazy party which was great too. Very nice atmosphere and also lots of restaurants around.
Very clean and new hotel with nice designed rooms, I have travelled by myself so the room size was perfect, for 2 it would be a bit small though. Nice location, beach in front of the hotel, dreamy blue water, couples and seniors are main visitors. close but still enough far away from the party crowd of magaluf.
ATM, Supermarket and bars/restaurants super close. Breakfast very good and huge, room service food alright. Big portions.

well I arrived on Monday nights 4am with my 10yr old to be put in sister hotel in magaluf strip… not sure he hotel I booked as I found out that this hotel isn’t even open yet! after 2 nights of no sleep and not the relaxing mother daughter trip I wanted we were moved so we could get some sleep! can’t fault the hotel staff at all as they knew my daughter shouldn’t of been In that hotel.. but shouldn’t be taking bookings for hotel Palma nova when it’s not even open
I seriously loved this hotel. The value for the money was amazing. We did all inclusive and had unlimited food and drink. The pool was lovely, and the location was perfect to switch between going to the ocean and coming back to the pool. The beds were super comfortable. It’s not a super fancy resort but it was cozy and welcoming, and everything exceeded our expectations. We were so happy and pleased with this place.
My stay in Malaga in Magaluf was truly remarkable. The hotel's stunning sea view took my breath away, and the impeccable cleanliness added to the overall experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner buffet, especially the live cooking stations that added an extra layer of excitement to my dining experience.
The hotel was lovely, room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The shower was powerful. Extra pillows etc and plenty of room to hand your clothes. The pool area was really nice and the pool bar served lovely snacks until dinner time. The all inclusive was lovely with plenty of options for everyone.
The location, the cleanliness of the rooms and the support of the staff were all above my expectations. I had a parking place at the hotel parking every day but there were also other free parking spaces around the hotel area (without payment). Quality - price report: excellent!
the property was exactly as presented on booking.com. Cleaning was provided everyday including towels exchange which makes me even happier. Palma beach 5 min and Magaluf which we prefered the most up to ten minutes witch shops, bars, supermarkets all along the way.
They have the most comfortable beds and pillows ever. Super clean and comfy. Quiet area, spacious room and big hotel with several areas to sit. Breakfast was good with variety. Shower lights that change color. Air con was perfect and quiet. Room had a view.
I definitely liked the location. It was close to many restaurants and supermarkets. If you continue walking the beach was just 1 minute away and the sun beds in the water were my favorite! The sea-side view in the 5th floor is a must in this hotel.
The location is perfect, a short walk to Palma Nova and a short walk to Magaluf. The pool is large and deep and we had no trouble getting a sunbed. The room was large, but we did pay an extra 40 Euros for a superior room for at the desk.
