Kieth at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful as were all the other staff. The breakfast was fine. Our room was very clean and well organized with lots of places to store our belongings. We had a fabulous sea view. I didn’t know there would be nightly entertainment. The performers ranged in quality from poor to good. There was sufficient free parking not far from the hotel. If we return to Mallorca, I would definitely consider staying again at the Son Matias Beach Hotel.

The town had plenty of great restaurants, we ate out every night and were never disappointed.
It was quite chilled and relaxed and seemed a bit quiet at times, but there were some livelier bars around. We enjoyed our stay there.

Max Garden Restaurant just turn left out of the hotel Son Matias Beach, take first right on that road and it’s a five minute walk straight down that road, it’s on the corner adjacent to that road, beautifully cooked food and very reasonably priced.

It was a very quiet resort where we stayed. Perfect for us. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants not at all rowdy. Not much to do for children however. The only fab thing we found was the mini golf a 5 minute walk from our apartment. It is one of the best we have been to, grandson loved it.

We travelled in Mid April so it was still quite quiet and lots of bars, hotels and nightclubs are not yet open. Palma Nova is a great place to stay as it's just far enough away from all the 'activities' in Magaluf.

Clean and comfortable. Very close to the beach. We had a large terrace with chairs, but overlooked by the apartments directly opposite. I felt a bit enclosed by this as well as other high buildings surrounding the accommodation.
Part of our reason for booking this accommodation was that a free shuttle was advertised for guests on booking.com. When we asked about this on arrival, we were told there was no such facility, so we took two public buses back to the airport in the day we left.
Location, very clean, very modern, quiet room (we were facing onto the street but I selected this on purpose as didnt want music from pool to be heard in room), the smaller restraurant had lovely food and super lovely staff and was very very reasonable. Good size pool area with lots of loungers, able to get one even late in the day. Close enough to Magaluf and Palma Nova but far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Shop accross the road for essentials!
The room was cleaned well every day. The balcony had a nice mountain view. I liked the late breakfast. The sweets at the breakfast were delicious, especially the churros. The ambiance of the hotel was really nice, it was well decorated. The room was quiet and comfortable. The location was also good. We were even able to walk to Magaluf whenever we wanted to. The parking lot and the bus stop behind the hotel were both very useful.
We had a fantastic experience during our stay at the Hotel. Everything from the staff, location, cleanliness, breakfast, views, and swimming pools was nearly flawless. It felt like a home away from home, with accommodating staff, convenient parking, and excellent service. The variety of activities offered was enjoyable, and the Spa massage professionals deserve special recognition. We definitely plan to return!
Location of Hotel perfect.. near to beaches and shops of Palmanova… 10 minute walk into Magaluff… Good size pool area with plenty of sun loungers…Rooftop area with extra seating…. Staff from Reception to cleaners very helpful and pleasant…. Special mention to Restaurant staff especially Pabolo who made your visit very welcoming….. to the Chef and his team for such lovely tasty food…
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The pool area & views were absolutely stunning and the rooms were great for the price. The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect beside the beach and restaurants in both Palmanova and Magaluf. There was a great selection for breakfast and staff were all so nice and helpful. We would definitely recommend and will be back!
The Staff were super helpful and nice. We loved the view of our room and the location of the hotel. The breakfast and dinner buffet were really exceptional, there was wide range of food and drinks (you could get what you wished for). Generally everything was amazing we will certainly go back. Super clean, beautiful room. Comfortable bed, excellent shower. Great selection of food for breakfast. The hotel is very well located on the seafront, shops and restaurants are on the doorstep. A 10 minute drive to Santa Ponca, even less time to magaluf. 15/20 minute drive to Palma. Would definitely recommend.
Location of the hotel next to the sea. Magaluf strip is only 5-10 min walk. Being vegetarian we were finding hard to find food in their buffet but once staff knew about it they were very helpful and chef went extra mile to cook vegetarian food for us. Special thanks to Chef Abel and Serigeta.
the property was exactly as presented on booking.com. Cleaning was provided everyday including towels exchange which makes me even happier. Palma beach 5 min and Magaluf which we prefered the most up to ten minutes witch shops, bars, supermarkets all along the way.
