Comfortable, clean, large room, great view, a walkable distance to town, Cathedral. Breakfast fantastic (one reason I chose this hotel from the photo of the breakfast). You can eat in or outside depending on our preferance. I didn't realise that I'd booked a city view room and although the room and new bathroom were lovely, I asked (before touching anything in the room) if possibleto move to a sea view . The receptionist was helpful and I got an "super good room" with an amazing view for only about 15 euros more. There is of course trafic noise as it's on harbour where the road goes by but that's expected as there is a road. My room was set back in the middle of the block which made the noise when windows were shut something that was ignorable. The hop-on hop off tourist bus is just across the road (and to the right). The was currently some road widening and improvements on the road so if you visit some months later than this post it will probably make the area even nicer.

The hotel has some good offerings like the spa, the pool at the roof garden, but the breakfast was cluttered and not well organised. The automatic door opened every time someone walked by and all the diners were cold and unhappy on a wet windy morning.

We love the historic old town and shops, bars and restaurants. The promenade next to the marina and porta Pi shopping centre. the Block house restaurant was excellent here. The went on the scenic train to Soller and then the tram to the coast which were blown away by. We could have stayed there much longer with lots of nice restaurants

We stayed in the old town . Easy walking distance to several other areas . Lovely restaurants close by . Took the train to Soller then the tram to Port de Soller . Both well worth the visit . Seller is very quaint , lots of small independent shops to browse & restaurants around the main square . The port area is beautiful

Palma is lovely for a short break, airport is 15 mins on the bus to the city centre. Where we stayed was about a 12 minute walk in all directions to every landmark and the harbour.
Food, drink and transport is a good price. Would recommend Barca Samba boat trip. So many shops to browse and lots of lovely streets for pictures.
Beautiful and will be back.

A small town dominated by the spectacular cathedral but lots of interesting things to do. Just walking around the streets you find something to look at , photograph .admire or to enter a shop. It was a wonderful experience in late February - warm but perfect for a city break. So many nice restaurants & the standard of English was amazing. High end shopping & art shops a plenty - between the restaurants & the shopping -your credit card will be hot. A delightful trip & much better than I expected.

The old town Palma is full of interesting historical sites plenty of gardens to chill in . Seems to have lost its Spanish identity in the tapas bars and restaurants though caters mostly European menu not Spanish you have to search hard for traditional food.

The kindness and attention of the staff in this hotel is truly exceptional. I celebrated my birthday here and they went above and beyond to accommodate us and made our stay unforgettable, thank you! :) We stayed a few days in Palma in December so went for a central hotel instead of one on the beach and the location was perfect. The room was very clean and spacious with free daily refills of drinks in the mini fridge (coke, water, beer).
Nixe Palace is a 5 star hotel without a doubt. Staff is impeccably attentive. The breakfast bar is top notch with 4 different made to order eggs Benedict as well as omlettes. Hotel is very clean and solidly constructed. Price is almost double that of Be Live Experience, however if you're in need of the 5 star experience, Nixe Palace is the place to be. Beds were extremely comfortable for a peaceful sleep with the sounds of the ocean.
Everything was great! The room, staff, pool area and even the breakfast was exceptional. The view was amazing and the restaurants nearby were awesome. Many places were in walking distance but even if we did not want to walk, taxis were available in front of the hotel at all times at very good rates/prices. My significant other and I truly enjoyed our experience and would most definitely stay here again when visiting Mallorca.

it's a great location - just in center of all touristic attractions and restaurants streets, with some great restaurants just in front of the hotel. From the rooftop terrace you also can enjoy an amazing veiw of the city. One of the best things about the hotel - fantastic personnel! They are super friendly and super helpful! The team went above and beyond helping us to have great time in Mallorca.

This hotel might not be located in the top location of Palma, but it gives a good opportunity to find yourself in good distance between the old town and the best nearby beach of Cala Maior. The building itself seen from the outside takes you back to the 80's but the interior is very nice and the rooms are big and modern
The hotel is beautiful- a gorgeously renovated old Spanish building. We loved our room with a terrace- it was great for sunbathing. The staff are all incredible- so helpful, they organised taxis and a moped for us and also gave so many fantastic recommendations. Breakfast is also really tasty. A fantastic stay
Your staff! Mainly Raquel. Very helpfull engaging. My reviews I stay in hostles to 5 star hotels but 5 star does not mean anything if you dont have staff with good attitudes. So you may be a 1 star hotel but with good staff it's a 3 when they accommodate. And owners need to acknowledge. Now my complaint.
A really great and comfortable boutique hotel in the middle of the old town on a nice square. The staff was super friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious and the decor tastefully done. One really felt at home. Absolutely to be recommended.
It is truly a fantastic hotel. Once you step off the street and into the hotel it is like you are entering another world. The front desk staff and the barman were so friendly and helpful. It is in the best location for shopping and the old man.
